GoogleI had requested to do a site visit. This was arranged by Lewis from Rw invest who collected me on the day. I was taken around the show apartment and some of the overall site. Lewis is professional in his approach. Answered any questions I put across on the day and came back With an email of further questions I had put forward that he would check on. He was professional enthusiastic and friendly. That put me at ease, I left the site visit feeling confident and happy with my visit I wish Lewis all the best for his future

GoogleThanks to Gary from RW Invest in showing me and my mother around today at the OBS site. Due to the delays from the various pandemic impacts and Suez Canal it was great to be able to go and see the progress on my units as well as the completed ones - all are looking great. The team on site from Paul to Phil and reception team as well as the builders around - all super friendly and welcoming even though we were disturbing their work. Looking forward to seeing all the area finished and know it will be a great location for people to move in to in due course

GoogleDaniel Chapman has been an absolute star in the whole resale process. He has been very responsive in replying to emails and kept me informed every step of the way. The resale process was very stressful due to the very tight deadline, but he has made it so much better with contracts being exchanged within a few weeks (that's absolutely amazing!). I will highly recommend Daniel Chapman to anyone who wants a stress-free process! Thanks again!

GoogleI initially dealt with Tiarnan Carlin who helped me through the negotiations of my property purchase with the developers. He was really patient and explained everything in detail answering all my queries. I was then passed onto Chloe Walker to deal with the actual purchase process. Chloe was really helpful and again answered all queries I had. She checked in on me every couple of days either by phone or email just to ensure I was happy with how things were progressing and supported my communications with the legal team. Chloe was really professional but was also pleasant and easy to discuss things with.

The journey started with my initial deposit for a 4-bedroom property, which unfortunately didn't work out due to associated government charges which I wasn't aware of and prepared for. However, I was impressed by how RW Invest handled the situation. They prioritized my interests and ensured I didn't lose money by promptly offering me an alternative, more affordable property. This level of transparency and genuine concern for my investment's security impressed me. I enjoyed working with Chloe, the Associate Client Care Manager, throughout the process. Chloe's outstanding commitment to customer service was evident from the first interaction. Chloe was incredibly responsive and consistently kept me informed at every transaction stage, paying attention to detail and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all the necessary documents were promptly delivered and accurately signed. Chloe was always available to provide guidance and support, with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach that made the process smooth. I would also like to commend RW Invest for their perseverance in finding the right solicitor to handle the transaction. Although we went through two solicitors who couldn't meet my expectations, RW Invest didn't give up and eventually connected me with a third solicitor who was an absolute delight to work with. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service I received from RW Invest and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in real estate in the UK. GoogleA fantastic experience from start to finish. Our initial contact with Ben (sales team) was brilliant, he has great knowledge of the project, development location and the investment opportunity. He has been in constant contact and consistently goes over and above to support the customs needs. An absolute credit to the company and certainly will be referring him on to friends and family who are interested in property investments. Kudos also to Daniel (support team) who has also been very responsive when we have emailed and contacted.

Chloe and Lewis were very helpful leading me through my first property purchase, answering my often stupid questions without hesitation.
