GoogleMe and my wife visited our first investment through RWinvest in The Summit, Liverpool with Peter Sinclair. Peter was hands on with knowledge of the property and gave all insights we were looking for, really enthusiantic about resolving all queries Even though The Summit is a bit delayed for completion, we are still happy that we went into this project via RWinvest.

GoogleThomas Southern was able to guide me through the final stages of the completion process , always available which provided me with the assurance I needed.This has been a very long process due to Covid but RW Invest were always available.

GoogleDon't buy any off plan properties from this company - The pictures they showed you are not the same as what you get. Lucky one person on here said they got there money back lucky for them. I have ended up with a place not fit to rent ,lots of repairs needed . And valve went right down .Grattan house. Place so bad council closed it down.Don't buy any off plan properties from this company - lI would not recommend this company . And the developer is GJR developers. Don't buy any off plan properties from this company

GoogleIf I could give less than 1 star I would, simply for the fact that this company associates itself with Legacie Developments who is full of jobsworth employees. What a disgusting lettings agency, RW Invest should do better.

GoogleMe and my wife invested in 2018 via RW invest in 2 off-plan projects in Liverpool. We were promised to having assured return and trusted developer…. None has happened as the so called trusted developer went into administration and he is a limited company… What is more surprising that my own off plan purchase wasn’t registered in the land registry and I was surprised that I got to know from the administration management that the same apartment was registered under a different name before me in 2017!!!, , , , , , , , , , , , , , 1- When I purchased the property, the project was supposed to be finalized by September 2019 which is far away from covid time. 2- RW invest knew that this development was with another developer but for some reasons the initial developer didn’t even build 1 floor. 3- my unit 320 was sold to someone else’s name in December 2017 as per land registry. RW invest didn’t inform me that it was sold to someone else. 4- when I bought the same unit it was never registered in land registry to secure my investment through the appointed solicitor. 5- what a coincidence that the same solicitor ceased trading prior administration and RW invest appointed another solicitor that hasn’t even registered my purchased unit in land registry. 6- I did pay 75% of the full amount and all my money were disappeared. Audience those are pure facts.

GoogleLast minute request for site visit to The Summit where I've purchased one of the apartments with Lewis from RWInvest was perfect. Patience in showing me my unfinished apartment, some completed flats to see the quality of the finishing & furnishing, the new WFH office space and reception areas. Superb knowledge of the block, and specifics about Legacie that positively answered all my questions and specifically explained after-care services provided by the developer. Excellent client manner, knowledgeable about Legacie but very knowledgeable about the industry, which was extremely helpful with a problem investment of mine in Liverpool. Will keep in contact with Lewis to get status updates of my property and any other questions i may have.

GoogleAvoid,Avoid,Avoid,Avoid,Avoid,Avoid,Avoid you paying the first holding deposit like me without seeing the contract and that's the starting point to have a ride of a hell .be wise and do not pay a penny before you see the contract and do not, not, not, not listen to salesman and do not take their advice on serious basis as everything is focused to get your holding deposit and then you are like a wounded deer in their hands .Now when you read this it is only yourself to blame if you stretch out deposit without seeing the contract .I am 100 % sure if anybody with smallest brain see the contract they will not hand out holding deposit and will approach with little bit of wisdom. They keep removing our reviews. Do your due diligence please please they are quick to take your money and then go cold we are in a group of people who have been conned by RWinvest. The group already has 35 people. Suspected money laundering look into the Director Alexander Hamm has multiple companies setup which then get closed before the tax year. Beware all of companies house.

GoogleTruly awful experience. Purchased two units (off plan in 2019) at the recently completed Baltic Square development. I am currently engaged with solicitors on several fronts so will elaborate more when possible. Gary Clarke from client relations was my point of contact and has been downright dishonest and misleading from the get-go. Will post explicitly detailed follow-ups in due course here.

GoogleKallum Holmes from RW Invest was a great host showing us around our new apartment in Liverpool. He made sure that we had plenty of time to inspect the apartment and allowed us to visit the other parts of the complex that made the development unique. He even took time to give us a tour of the surrounding are since it was out first time in Liverpool. Our overall experience with RW Invest has been positive from the start and Kallum made even better! I would definitely look to them again if I was in the market for another property.
