GoogleWe have recently purchased a studio apartment in the Element, The Quarter in Liverpool. The service we received from RW Invest, the agents of this development, was exemplary. A special mention should be given to Daniel Chapman who guided us through much of the procedure and gave us a tour of the building. We found him very welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you Daniel.

Both were really supportive, well informed, professional and always ready to talk/email/whatsapp in explaining the process, what is next and resolve queries which gave me super confidence in investing through them. GoogleZero stars really.They lie and get you to sign contracts in a hurry, saying mortgage shouldnt be an issue and when you cannot secure a mortgage because of valuation, they keep all your deposits. Even when you tell them with enough time before completion to sell on they bully you into keep trying for mortgage knowing very well what they are doing Even if it's your life time savings including your funeral funds!!! Please beware I was mugged by them.

GoogleEverything explained fully, all my questions and queries quickly answered. Replied quickly to all emails and there was plenty of calls too. Saj and Adam have been excellent throughout, quite daunting investing so much money but the help they gave made it easier.

GoogleHad a good experience with RW invest. The team were very helpful and helped make the process a lot easier especially as we were first time buyers. The sales manager Sam Norkett provided us with all the information we needed and answered all questions we had amicably. And we also had a lot of help and support from Adam Burns, part of the customer care team, helping us get the purchase over the line. Overall I would definitely recommend using RW invest if you have any interest in purchasing a property.

GoogleI've invested with various various companies and tried to diversify - Rwinvest are by far the safest and most professional in their field and most importantly keep their promises - the final product meets expectations, which I cannot say for others I have used - If I had known, I would have bought all the properties through Rwinvest.
