GoogleEverything I wish to get in a company I met at RWinvest. Transparency, accuracy & punctuality. They gave the feeling they are not dealing with me as customer but as a partner. The team is amazing, specifically Adam. On every step they were next to me, By phone and email; not either or, no by both phone and email. This is truly customer service centricity. This was my first experience of buying property in UK and as I was a non UK resident, I expected it to be quite difficult. But thanks to these both everything went so smoothly & timely that I can’t find words to thank them. GoogleAs a first-time buyer, I had been researching various property investment Companies, RWInvest came out tops for me, as they've got a strong social media presence. The strong social media presence was a major criteria for me as I could follow and validate their constant updates about property investment opportunities. I could also see their offices with team of experts on ground to support. I finally decided to begin this journey with RWInvest, made inquiries through the RWInvest website and Ryan Dunning in Sales reached out. We had Zoom calls, did virtual tours of RWInvest's available property Investments and that was it! I asked multiple questions and was amazed at Ryan's incredible wealth of experience. Ryan took his time to listen to and respond to all the questions/concerns I had. He gave me all the confidence I needed. Ryan was highly instrumental in my decision-making to proceed on this property investment journey. He shared relevant pieces of evidence and documentation to validate his responses. Post Reservation, Ryan handed me over to Adam Burns - Another legend in the business! Adam is in Client Care. Adam called me every day to ensure I had no concerns about Solicitors' documentation requests, he clarified and sped up the whole exchange process. He was exceedingly supportive in chasing solicitors to facilitate the acquisition. Ryan and Adam's teamwork is legendary and remarkable. Their proactive approach made the entire process smooth for me and now, I have just exchanged on my first property purchase with RWinvest and looking forward to the completion of this journey with the rest of the team in RWInvest. I can boldly say I found the process very legit, transparent, and efficient. I would recommend RWInvest to every Property investor!
