GoogleOakfield were very helpful and supportive in selling our property. I would have given five stars but the portal did not update when there were viewings booked but the sales process part was very helpful The photographer they used was also very good and the pictures were excellent

Lauren got us in to see the apartment quickly and efficiently and answered all our questions promptly and in a very friendly, responsive manner. Brad managed the logistics and paperwork seamlessly and effectively, ensuring that the all steps were followed on schedule as needed. We were very happy with the whole process.

GoogleOakfield handled my sale so well. They dealt with all the viewings. I didn't have to be home. I had a buyer in no time. Communication was fantastic and they was always available to take my calls. There had to be compromises with the completion date which did become complicated. Jo and Rob negotiated on my behalf and kept in constant touch with me and my solicitors. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleExcellent service. The key to a good house sale is communication, which Gwen and Rob clearly understand. We've had a positive, seamless experience selling our house, and Gwen and Rob have been professional, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. There's been no pressure on us, the advertising was great (the photographer was excellent), the house was sensibly-priced, and it sold in good time. Highly recommended.
