You dont often feel looked after as a tenant but jackie goes far above and beyond her job making everything as easy as possible which is big reason we keep extending our tenancy. Connor was brilliant throughout the purchase. He was very intuitive and aware of our needs and did everything he could to help us meet our deadline, including arranging extra viewings and pulling late shifts to accommodate us. The aftercare exceeded expectations, as he helped reunite the vendor with left items/post and continued to act as a point of contact after the transaction was complete. He was always super friendly and professional and always met us with a big smile when we stopped by the branch. Comms were speedy on email or phone. Colin and Danni have been very efficient, friendly and helpful in helping sell my house. I have been constantly informed of the progress of my sale and viewings have always been arranged at times that were the most convenient to me. They have recommended several local solicitors to deal with the conveyancing and everything is progressing as smoothly as possible. James, on the letting side, has looked after my buy-to-let flat for years and found me excellent tenants. I am always consulted when repairs or yearly services are required and the workmen he has found have been totally satisfactory. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to let a property. Our experience with Oakfield has been effortless and high professional. We were looking to upsize from a small one bedroom apartment, from our first contact with Jackie she was friendly and accommodating, taking the time to listen to our needs and supported us from viewing to references and everything in between. We haven’t had the best experience with our previous letting agent so approached Oakfield tentatively, it’s safe to say they have restored our faith and this local agent is must go to. What an absolute pleasure’s it has been dealing with everyone at Oakfield from start to finish of my renting a property with them.
