GoogleWe would (and we have) totally recommended Oakfield. As we hadn't sold a house for many years we were very impressed with the service that Oakfield supplied. When Karen came to first see us, she explained how the house would be marketed, and what would happen every step of the way through until completion. She is obviously very knowledgable and knows the housing market well. Georgia showed the potential buyers around, and our neighbours even complemented on the way she greeted each buyer. She passed on any comments as soon as she could to us. When we had accepted an offer, Jo took us over and each week she would speak to us to keep us informed on how the selling process was coming along and she was in touch with the buyers so was able to pass on any enquiries either parties had. All the members of staff in the Heathfield office were friendly, helpful and made a possible stressful process into an easy experience.

GoogleYes, there are so many estate agencies in town, so choosing the right one can feel overwhelming, but I’m so relieved I chose Oakfield. From the start, their service was excellent, but what really stood out was the effort they put into creating the perfect page to promote my property. You could truly see the care and thought behind it. They handled every viewing professionally and, most importantly, delivered honest feedback from viewers on the very same day. That level of communication made a huge difference and gave me real confidence throughout the process.
