GoogleI can’t thank Megan enough for everything she did during the sale of my house. It turned out to be a far more challenging process than expected, but she handled every obstacle with professionalism, persistence and genuine care. What really stood out was how supportive she was throughout. Whenever things felt uncertain or stressful, Megan was always calm, reassuring and determined to keep things moving forward. Her communication was excellent and she clearly went above and beyond behind the scenes to make sure the sale completed. If you’re selling a property and want someone who is hardworking, proactive and truly on your side, I would highly recommend Megan. She was outstanding from start to finish, and I am so grateful.

GoogleOakfield in Lewes worked very hard over quite a lengthy sales process (it was an unusual, very old, listed house, not an easy sell) to successfully find us a buyer: they've been efficient, friendly, communicative and positive throughout, and we really glad we chose them to work with. Robin and Jo in particular were excellent and we really appreciate their unstinting efforts to see us through to completion of our sale.

GoogleWe recently viewed properties with Connor from the Uckfield branch and honestly received exceptional service. Although we didn't end up offering on the specific properties we saw, Connor was a cut above the rest. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He went out of his way to organize a second viewing for us directly with the vendors, and during another viewing, he was so kind and patient when our baby started to fuss. He even took the time to give us strategic advice on our own sale to help us move forward. If you are looking for an agent who is helpful without being pushy, ask for Connor. A real credit to the Oakfield team.

GoogleFantastic service with the whole Uckfield team from start to finish. They were incredibly proactive and arranged for me to view a property that was new to the market. Everything has been dealt with quickly and efficiently, communication has been excellent throughout, and any questions or issues I had were sorted straight away. Viewings were arranged promptly and I was always kept up to date. A special mention to Connor, who has been brilliant to deal with, great customer service, professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. Everyone else I spoke to was also really nice and easy to deal with. I’d definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy. A great team who clearly care about their clients.
