GoogleI purchased my house last year with my wife and I couldn't be happier. Not only am I elated I got my own home with all the specifics in which I asked for, but also received an excellent level of customer service. The estate agent Ollie Stanyard was very knowledgable about the area, the house and any other questions we had. When having conversations they felt more personal and non clinical, in which we felt was a nice touch. That instilled my confidence in buying a property with them. If anyone wants to buy/sell their home I highly recommend this company and definitely get Ollie on the job-if you can.

GoogleRowland Gorringe supported us to buy the house of our dreams and I will be ever grateful for that. They also sold our previous house. Nothing was ever too much for any of them and the service they gave I could not fault in any way. Always professional, responsive and keen to help. Cannot recommend them enough. They are now supporting my parents through buying and selling after 33 years of being in the same house and there isn't anyone I trust more than Rowland Gorringe. Thank you. To also add, they are so involved with the community, supporting others, schools and putting on competitions at the office that my children love being involved in. What more could you want.....

GoogleI would highly recommend Rowland & Gorringe estate agency, fantastic service all round. I purchased my first home through them during lockdown and would be more than happy to deal with them again. Naturally I thought the process of buying my first home would be quite stressful, but Olly made it all seem seamless and stress free. When answering my questions/ queries via phone or email, I always received a swift honest response which was always reassuring. Thanks again- we love our first family home :)

GoogleI rented through the Gorringes Letting team in August 2021, a time when renting in Lewes was extremely difficult (little available stock, high prices, and what was available went almost immediately. I found the team (Jackie and Dan) to be both professional and friendly. I couldn't fault the service and would certainly highly recommend them.

GoogleRowland Gorringe Seaford were great estate agents for seamlessly selling our house and buying our new property. I couldn’t fault their service, Olly and Megan were particularly helpful in making the process smooth and as least stressful as possible, and were in regularly communication to keep us up to date. Thank you for all your support, we’re are so grateful and happy in our new home. We highly recommend them to family, friends and anyone who is looking for excellent service. They would be the first and only estate agents in Seaford that we would turn to in any future sales/purchases.

GoogleIn the past we have used Rowland Gorringe to help us with both a move from our last house and most recently with our new purchase. Both times we have found them (in particular Danielle) to be very professional, extremely helpful, and always going the extra mile to ensure that we are fully updated on the progress of our sale or purchase. They have taken a great deal of the stress out of the process for us on all occasions and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWho doesn’t have a horror story to tell about their house move? Mine was no different, total nightmare from start to finish. But the team at Rowland Gorringe were absolutely fantastic throughout. Keeping me informed, getting me the best value for my sale, trying to move the chain along when other people and solicitors were snoozing. The team are also just thoroughly nice people. I’m never moving again, ever, ever, ever, but if I did, I would want to go straight back to Rowland Gorringe Heathfield.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe recently completed on a move where the sellers agent was Rowland Gorringe and we have not been at all impressed with their work. When we first shown round the property we bought, the agent couldn't answer any of our questions about information regarding the property, none of which were unreasonable things to ask. She truly could only name which room we were standing in, which we could have figured out for ourselves. Throughout the process we found the sales progression to be lacking, when we called the agent would struggle to know who we were, we would be told they only called their clients once a week so wouldn't pass on requests til the following week and even then when we called a week later there would be no progress. We also were told things that were needed were done when they weren't. While I appreciate we were not Rowland Gorringe's clients, if we were and they had treated our buyer this way I would have been less than impressed given how much estate agents charge to do apparently, very little.

Over the last 18 months the property market has provided us with a lot of pressure and stresses coupled with a shortness of staff and resources due to COVID19 and the furlough scheme.
