GoogleRude staff, apartment was damp and was never fixed. Neighbors advised it has been a problem for years. When me and my ex moved out, staff member said to me that she thought my ex 'was trying to pull the wool over my eyes', not knowing we had a very good relationship. She didn't even think this was rude, inconsiderate or insensitive! They only took around 20 pics when we moved in when doing the inventory but took 100's when we moved out! Would NOT recommend!

GoogleShocking levels of incompetence, rude staff who have no idea of how to communicate with potential tenants in the correct mannor. If you are a landlord and thinking of using this company stay well away as they think nothing of steering people away from your properties who are potentially great tenants!!!

GoogleAs a Landlord I would advise any of my friends and family not to use Rooftops to have their property let and managed. I live and work away from the area and trusted the company to safeguard my interests and assist me in the property maintenace and inspections. Property inspections were poor. Tenants were allowed to make their own alterations and viewings were held when the property was in an unfit state. As a result I lost out on 3 months potential rent. A time too long for agency to take finding a tenant for a prime location. I found I had to do all the hard work to ensure the property was re let by doing my own inspection and arranging for works to be done. A service that I had paid for and trusted the company to do, even if it were a simple phone call to tell me the honest state of the property whilst I worked far away would have helped. The main warning I would like to give other Landlords is that complaints made to the manager of the company fell on deaf ears. I feel I paid for a service that was not given and there was poor customer service from the management.
