As we all do..I had a lot going on when I was moving and rang a couple of estate agents and felt like it was a conveyor belt and a number.
However, Rooftops are the ideal 'friendly and welcoming' helpers to find you your home.
I worked with Angela mainly whos fantastic, but all the ladies at Rooftops Hale have been amazing.
Very professional and nothing felt rushed. Clearly all staff there have the skills to understand how it can be moving home and they accommodate for that.

GoogleAs a Landlord I would advise any of my friends and family not to use Rooftops to have their property let and managed.
I live and work away from the area and trusted the company to safeguard my interests and assist me in the property maintenace and inspections.
Property inspections were poor. Tenants were allowed to make their own alterations and viewings were held when the property was in an unfit state. As a result I lost out on 3 months potential rent. A time too long for agency to take finding a tenant for a prime location.
I found I had to do all the hard work to ensure the property was re let by doing my own inspection and arranging for works to be done. A service that I had paid for and trusted the company to do, even if it were a simple phone call to tell me the honest state of the property whilst I worked far away would have helped.
The main warning I would like to give other Landlords is that complaints made to the manager of the company fell on deaf ears. I feel I paid for a service that was not given and there was poor customer service from the management.

GoogleI rented my property out with Rooftops for around 12 years. The team in Hale have been excellent throughout. They always found good tenants and have communicated details on new tenant checks, inventories, house visits and of any problems raised professionally and in a timely manner. I have used their connections with local contractors and their knowledge many times.
When I recently decided to sell my house it was an easy decision to pick them as I trusted them to advertise it correctly at the right price and get the right people in for viewings. My faith in them was strengthened further when we accepted a great offer within a week. I highly recommend using Rooftops as a landlord or to sell a home.
