GoogleI have lived in Manchester for a long time and have had experiences with 10+ different estate agents - this has by far been my best experience so far!! All of the ladies in the office were so helpful, friendly and proactive and got me in to my new home within a week! I genuinely cannot fault any of the service I have received - thank you so much!

GoogleSamantha, Emily, Angie and the team are extremely helpful and supportive. They go out of their way to make the house move experience a pleasurable one. I would recommend anyone to rent with them.

GoogleThese people are not recommended. They didn’t take care of the house (heater broken in Christmas Season, shower broken, no tv antenna for 6 months…) and finally when I left the house they wanted to charge me £230 for cleaning. I have pictures and I will take legal actions. My advice, don’t rent from them and if forced to do it, please take pictures of everything for your own good. Thanks.

GoogleRooftops Hale staff are very friendly and great to work with. They take away all the pressure from the landlord during the letting service and they have provided me a great service for all the times I have worked with them since 2019. All the staff here are very helpful and supportive and they are always available whenever needed. I highly recommend Rooftops Hale. Keep up the good work!

GoogleReally disappointed. Called and spoke to a very friendly lady, who took my details and said they would pass them on to the relevant person. A few days passed and no response. Phoned during opening hours and it went to voicemail. I left a message with my contact details and no call back after another week. If it wasn't for the very helpful and pleasant lady that took the initial call, it would have been 1 star. A stark contrast to my dealings with them a number of years ago. Not good Rooftops.

GoogleI rented my property out with Rooftops for around 12 years. The team in Hale have been excellent throughout. They always found good tenants and have communicated details on new tenant checks, inventories, house visits and of any problems raised professionally and in a timely manner. I have used their connections with local contractors and their knowledge many times. When I recently decided to sell my house it was an easy decision to pick them as I trusted them to advertise it correctly at the right price and get the right people in for viewings. My faith in them was strengthened further when we accepted a great offer within a week. I highly recommend using Rooftops as a landlord or to sell a home.
