GoogleProfessional, personable, friendly. Handled the sale of our property superbly well, despite our requirement that it could not be marketed fully until we had found the property we wished to buy. Not an easy brief but they followed it and we agreed sale of our house and purchase of our next house within 24 hours! When there was a last minute issue in the sale/purchase completion, Matt dealt with it with great skill and sensitivity. Simply the best!

GoogleMatt Mannall has helped us to secure a dream home for our family in Oxfordshire and has been outstanding. He has been extremely efficient and pro-active, endlessly helpful and is a delight to work with. The whole process has been very straightforward and we have felt extremely well supported along the way. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Henley / Oxfordshire area.

GoogleWe were potential purchasers. Matt was active in guiding through a complex bidding process on a property they were marketing. We were kept informed throughout and Matt used his professional experience to help the vendor and ourselves to an equitable solution. I would highly recommend Matt, Paul and the team.

GoogleMatt Mannall acted for the vendor when we bought a flat in Henley, and I can recommend him very highly. He ensured that the process went smoothly, was professional and responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. Just what you would want an estate agent to be - thanks Matt!

GoogleWe purchased our house through Robinson Sherston. It was a difficult time to be buying and the solicitors involved didn't make things any easier, but Nick Sherston remained professional and reasonable throughout. Would highly recommend.

GoogleRobinson and Sherston has two offices - in Watlington and Henley. They know the market very well, and have probably acted on the sale or purchase of most of the houses in Watlington at one time or another. They run an efficient service. Speaking both as a buyer and a seller through the agency over the years, I would say that the team are first rate. Not over pushy, they listen, they are efficient in organising visits and communicating and they judge prices realistically. They obviously also use all the search engines / property websites such as zoopla and Rightmove, so the property gets excellent exposure. The best of the agents in the town, and the clear go to place if you are looking to buy or sell, and to have some in depth local knowledge of the advantages and disadvantages of a particular property. To be recommended.

GoogleI have to say, I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Matt Mannall. He goes over and beyond.... he managed to sell me a house that I would never have looked at because he read us and our needs as people as opposed to what we thought we wanted, I felt as though I woke up on holiday for the next 10yrs of owning the property! He has given me advice and valuations when I have requested since and is always fair, honest and professional, I trust his judgement totally. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone Davina ThawleyPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFrom the minute we arrived, on time, to the moment we left our experience was awful. We were met by nick who is a partner.(we had to Google this) Didn't introduce himself, was in a rush to show us their dissapointing apartment. Showed no real knowledge of the apartment and after climbing 5 set of stairs, actually couldn't find the right set of keys to actually let us in. Finally we were in after several minutes, but by this time we had really had enough of this farce. He had no product knowledge really. But it didn't end there. As we got back to the office he made his excuses and left us in the hands of the bored and disinterested secretary who also displayed zero knowledge or interest in us and we could not wait to get out. GoogleMatt managed our recent London purchase and is by some way the best estate agent I have ever met. Despite a prolonged and, at times, quite intense process he was fantastic at keeping all parties engaged, cool headed and focused on a positive outcome. Most of all he was always straight with us and acted with integrity, which we hugely valued.PositiveProfessionalism
