Robinson Sherston were superb throughout the buying process and were there to assist and guide all the way. They kept the process moving along and ensured that everyone was kept informed with no loose ends to trip things up. I would not hesitate to work with this estate agent in the future and cannot thank Vanessa enough for her guidance and support .. simply excellent!

Matt and his team are honest, informed about the market (both local and uk) and absolutely trustworthy when it comes to help with negotiating the right deal. We enjoyed every interaction and they could not have been more helpful. RS are absolutely at the top of their game. Ours was a tricky purchase, but it was a delight to deal with such a frank, fun and knowledgeable team. We were all in it together.

Brilliant service from a brilliant team, could not recommend the team at Robinson Sherston any higher. From start to finish they made the process so smooth, no dramas, no surprises, did what they said they would and always on time. Lovely friendly feel across the team, calm approach to showing you round houses giving you space to see what you think, but also there to answer any questions. Highly recommend, a really enjoyable and stress free experience. Huge thanks to Phil and the team.

GoogleEstate agents get a bad reputation - Robinson Sherston have been a pleasure to deal with from first viewing through to completion. Allie and Paul have been consistently friendly and helpful in the Watlington office and helpful with any questions, updates etc helping to make the process much simpler. The viewing assistant we met (I'm sorry I've forgotten her name) was also fantastic and suggested alternative properties that went on to be the one we purchased through understanding what we were looking for. At all times, they've been very professional and straight with everything - trustworthy. It was a real pleasure buying through you and I hope to speak again in the future. I'd recommend to any sellers based on my experience as a buyer.

Matt Mannall and Paul Redston of Robinson Sherston are the very best Estate Agents in Henley on Thames. They sold our house very quickly, provided much hand holding throughout, were always available to help us, gave good advice, and a personal service at all times. Even when things were stressful, they listened, were helpful and supportive and always treated us as a valued Client. We could not have asked for more. We would highly recommend them to anyone contemplating selling their property. They are the best!!

GoogleRobinson and Sherston has two offices - in Watlington and Henley. They know the market very well, and have probably acted on the sale or purchase of most of the houses in Watlington at one time or another. They run an efficient service. Speaking both as a buyer and a seller through the agency over the years, I would say that the team are first rate. Not over pushy, they listen, they are efficient in organising visits and communicating and they judge prices realistically. They obviously also use all the search engines / property websites such as zoopla and Rightmove, so the property gets excellent exposure. The best of the agents in the town, and the clear go to place if you are looking to buy or sell, and to have some in depth local knowledge of the advantages and disadvantages of a particular property. To be recommended.

GoogleFrom the minute we arrived, on time, to the moment we left our experience was awful. We were met by nick who is a partner.(we had to Google this) Didn't introduce himself, was in a rush to show us their dissapointing apartment. Showed no real knowledge of the apartment and after climbing 5 set of stairs, actually couldn't find the right set of keys to actually let us in. Finally we were in after several minutes, but by this time we had really had enough of this farce. He had no product knowledge really. But it didn't end there. As we got back to the office he made his excuses and left us in the hands of the bored and disinterested secretary who also displayed zero knowledge or interest in us and we could not wait to get out. Awful.com

We originally brought our property from Matthew Mannall when he was running Knight Frank in Henley; he provided a fantastic service; however, that was 15 years ago. Recently we were lucky enough to have an additional property for sale in the Wallingford area and had tried several local agents. Unfortunately, they were mainly very disappointing and seemed to fit the stereotype of an estate agent, all very frustrating, and our property remained unsold.
