GoogleThey were professional and very caring Team. Even I wasn’t selling my property,I was buying. My solicitors was very slow, but David King push through the limit,and work very hard to help me to achieved to exchange contract in record time..All team of Goring Branch need patted on the back..David,Laura,Jack and the Boss..Thanks again..will recommend to anybody who need good estate agent...

GoogleJack, Jamie, Dave, Laura, in the goring branch, were absolutely fantastic in helping me with the sale of my flat, I just can't thank them enough as it was a tough time, with my buyer solicitor nit picking at everything, which Jamie went beyond everything to help me, especially when we thought it was gonna fall through.I would recommend this estate agents to all my family and friends. Well done, what a fab team you are.

GoogleI could not recommend Jamie, Dave, or James more highly. Our matter went on a long while but there wasn't one occasion when we were left wondering what was going on. They telephoned regularly with updates, chased solicitors and worked hard for us, with each knowing what was going on, so you could get responses from anyone if you had any questions. They were also very understanding, it can be a stressful time but they really made us feel that it wasn't about the sale, but what was best for us long term and that went a long way. I would not hesitate to make the chaps at Luff our first choice.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I purchased a relatively small 2 bedroom flat through Robert Luff (goring branch), the service I received from Jamie, Dave, and Jack made us feel as though we were buying the most expensive property on the books, no problem was too small or phone call too late in the day! I’ve always believed the estate agent is a dying trade, but Jamie and the team have shown me that you can’t put a price on quality. GoogleThese are the people you need to see if you want your house sold! From our initial meeting on our doorstep with Jack to (eventual!) completion the team, especially Dave, worked really hard to help us achieve our goal of moving to our 'forever home'! Our transaction was a real roller coaster - none of our hiccups can be attributed to Robert Luff. On the contrary Dave worked very hard, with his colleagues, to keep our spirits up, and get our transaction back on track. His knowledge, optimism and humour encouraged us to stick it out and as a result I type this now from the lounge of our 'forever home'. Thank you.

GoogleVery friendly staff, specially Dave, he has helped us both with buying and selling property. Always available to answer your call even out of hours. He has recommended us solicitor, mortgage advicer and i have got nothing against them. They were perfect to us. I do recommend this friendly chap Dave, who has helped and adviced us in many aspects of purchasing our house. Thanks to all the staff in goring branch, we had no difficulties in selling our property. There were always helpful and behaved very friendly. Thanks Guys.

GoogleWe didn’t actually use Robert Luff to sell our property, they were infact selling the house we were moving into (through the Goring branch). Despite this they were incredibly helpful and treated us as if we were a paying client, no question was ever too much trouble. They were also reassuring through what can be a very stressful time. Most importantly they were honest through the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleWould not hesitate to recommend Robert Luff in Goring especially Dave King. Dave really worked hard to find us a buyer and then was constantly available even late evenings when we needed things chasing or were having problems. Even when our original chain broke when we pulled out on our purchase it was no problem for Dave who smoothed everything over with all parties and kept the chain together. We have finally exchanged and have nothing but praise for Robert Luff Goring and Dave. Thanks for everything!!

GoogleI am currently trying to sort out an issue and the managing staff have been unhelpful and unresponsive. The only time they seem to be helpful is when I go into the office to request information. Past that it does not appear they have any regard for their tenants concerns and needs. I will update this as the issue progresses but I would steer clear in future.

GoogleI have twice booked appointments for a member of staff to resolve a problem with a neighbouring property let through Robert Luff. Nobody turned up for appointment and nobody notified me of either cancellation. Although a previous problem was resolved quickly and professionally this one is still ongoing after two weeks.
