GoogleI would 100% recommend David King and the service that he provides and now we've had such an easy ride of buying we will certainly be back to use his services again some day. He made us feel totally at ease and gave us regular updates throughout the whole process which really took the pressure off what could of been such a stressful process.

GoogleVery grateful for the time that went into the sale of our home. It had been on the market with a few estate agents but Robert Luff managed to make the sale. Jack was very helpful, and advised us what to do and we got the price we were asking for. Thank you for all your hard work.

As a first time buyer i had a lot of questions that he always enthusiastically and clearly answered. I was also constantly and promptly informed about what was happening. From the very start to selling our house , to helping us buy our new home with the stress that goes with moving , David managed to calm me down 😨near the end to the exchange date,I kept pushing for answers and he sorted it ! GoogleWhat can I say....Robert Luff should be proud to have each one of these guys working for him at this branch....I’ve dealt with all of these guys on numerous occasions with the main one being a young lad named David King, and each time they have delivered on everything they promise and each time they have exceeded my expectations! I don’t know of any other estate agency that works as hard as they do to ensure their customers/clients are happy. I would say if you are unsure of which estate agent to use when buying or selling always to go Robert Luff, if even they can’t do it then others will certainly struggle.

GoogleMy Nan & Grandad have just recently sold their family home of 51 years through the Goring branch and were also extremely lucky to have found their dream bungalow through them too (I wouldn’t want anyone else!!!). Jamie and the team at Goring were extremely patient, understanding and exceeded all expectations you could imagine. They sold their house extremely quickly and found them a bungalow in exactly the right location at the right time. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and for turning such a big and emotional move into such a stress free and exciting time for them both. They are so happy with their next chapter and we couldn’t of done it without them. I could not recommend them highly enough!

Not only have they helped me through a difficult time trying to navigate problems with conveyancing solicitors, but have gone the extra mile to ensure I've been ok throughout a stressful time. Robert Luff & co have far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend using them if you're thinking of moving house.

GoogleWe were originally going to go with Purple Bricks but David won us around and sold our house on its first viewing! I never really thought about the work involved after the house was sold and i'm so glad I went with Robert Luff now as being able to pick up the phone or pop in and see them made everything so much easier. David was professional, friendly incredibly organised and efficient with not only the paperwork involved in selling our house but arranging viewings for us to buy as well. His approach to selling houses is so knowledgeable, professional but relaxed, he had answers to all our questions or found them out promptly, such a difference to others we met along our journey. I believe this is one of the reasons he is so successful because he really listens to what you want and matches you to a property. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon but if I did I would definitely be back to them. Thanks All!

GoogleI've just completed the sale of my flat through the Goring branch. It was a bit of a drawn out process (through no fault of their own) and Jamie and the team were absolutely brilliant at sorting out all the twists and turns. I think that, without their diligence, perseverance and professionalism, we would never have got to completion. Jamie is especially good at calming frayed nerves and should perhaps consider an alternative career in mental health counselling! So a huge thank you to all the team at Boxgrove. True lifesavers!

GoogleA great service from the team at the Goring branch. They managed my sale, purchase and introduced me to Assured mortgages in Worthing and the conveyancing solicitor at HCB. A complete wrap around service. Nothing was too much trouble for them and above all they do care about their clients. I have no hesitation in recommending Robert Luff and the team at Goring lead by Jamie Bryant.

In particular Dave King who was very knowledgeable, kept us reassured with regular updates, always called when he said he would, and put in loads of effort to resolve a tricky situation. Set with the task of selling a property on behalf of my parents it was a challenge to decide who to use as our agent due to the quantity in the area. GoogleMy property had been on the market with another agent before I met with Robert Luff in Goring. On first meeting him, I was a little sceptical that David King was telling me what I wanted to hear however I sensed there was something different about him. I’m glad I listened to my instincts as Dave went above & beyond what he said he would do in respect of selling my property. Sadly we had more than a few false starts however Dave was in my corner every step of the way. Even when it was bad news, he kept me informed occasionally seeming more frustrated by events than I was. He behaved like he was selling his own property & never gave up. I lost count of the calls Dave made ‘chasing’ people associated with the chain. Dave really is someone I would use again. I have no doubt recommending Robert Luff in Goring. The service was beyond what was expected and both my partner and I thought that they were the best of all parties involved with keeping us updated with process. Jack was always a phone call away as well as Jamie. They always made time for viewing appointments that were needed. As first time buyers, Jack made it easy to understand all that was involved and put us at ease. When we go to sell and buy another property, we can't imagine using another estate agent!
