All moved in to our new home. Couldn’t thank Emma in Worthing enough for all the help she gave us! She was really patient and quick to respond to all of our concerns. Thanks again! Highly recommend Robert Luff & Co :) *UPDATE* Just over 6 months into our let and we are loving our new home. Has come to the time where we are needing the heating. Our boiler was playing up at the beginning of the week and wouldn’t turn on, I emailed Emma in Worthing about it and she got on the case immediately and we had our boiler fixed a couple days later (a circuit board had to be ordered) I allowed someone to come in whilst we were at work and when we we came home the heating was already put on for us and it was lovely! I can tell Emma cares about the tenants and I’m so pleased we chose to rent through them. Thankyou!

We recently moved into the area and looked at a lot of houses and registered with a lot of letting agents, we had a specific date we had to move by so I was concerned when we viewed a property that was having a lot of work completed. Emma was fantastic at assuring us it would be completed on time, dealt with all of our concerns in a positive and professional manner and went out of her way to meet us to get into the property when we wanted to. By far the best letting agent we dealt with and I would recommend using Robert Luff to anyone in the future.

Hayley and Emma have both been excellent. I looked at various agents in Worthing and as first impressions last ..I decided to use Robert Luff. The attention from both has been excellent and they found a tenant. All managed in a professional way and the tenant moved into the property. Many thanks to you both!

I cannot thank Robert Luff & Co enough for the service they provided for me and my Husband to relocate to the area, moving so far away can always be stressful but this company made it so pleasant and stress-free. Emma was an absolute star from the moment she showed us around our new place, good knowledge, high standards and they obviously have great relationships with the landlords which is very reassuring. We looked at ALOT of properties with other estate agents in the area and the difference between them and Emma was phenomenal. Great communication up to the move and after to ensure we had settled well. Highly recommend and thank you Emma!

Robert Luff Estate Agents have helped my partner and I buy our first home and they have been there to help at every step! I have probably been irritable and at times emotional and they have been professional and have shown empathy throughout. What an awesome team of proactive and efficient staff! I've dealt with Lettings side and Sales side and they are both super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. Ultimately I sold my investment flat and there were a couple of issues I had to deal with as part of the sale. Richard and the team were there every step of the way with advice, direction, help and it all resulted in the product of the completed sale. A very big thanks to all the team. They are without doubt highly highly recommended by me !

I have been in the process over the last two months of letting my Flat out and becoming a Landlord. Emma in the Lettings team at Robert Luff has been absolutely fantastic. Emma is a first class professional. From the very first meeting she understood exactly what was needed and worked with my time frame. She was prompt at answering emails and we found an excellent tenant. I could not rate Robert Luff high enough but in particular Emma’s professionalism stood out. If you are wondering which estate agents to use in Worthing and Sussex don’t look any further than Robert Luff- and ask for Emma!

I have dealt with many estate agents over the years, and the staff at Robert Luff completely defied all of my expectations. They are friendly, chatty, helpful, professional, efficient and most importantly - human! Although they are clearly very busy, I was never made to feel like I was just a cog in the big machine of the property market. From Brad who accompanied me on viewings, and Adam who worked on my purchase, right through to Mark and Richard on the management side, everyone kept me updated regularly and communicated with both sets of solicitors to keep the purchase moving. I was buying a flat during a pretty tough period of my life and having such a great team managing the process took so much of the stress away. They were even forthcoming with recommendations for local dog walks and good places to eat. I can’t recommend Robert Luff highly enough.

I asked Robert Luff to find me the impossible, and they delivered! On a limited budget, I wanted a unique, quirky home, not believing it existed. To my amazement and their great credit, they found me a truly original conversion, and negotiated hard on my behalf, on both my sale and purchase, to make it happen. Everyone I’ve dealt with at the Worthing office has been brilliant, but I have to give special mention to Richard, who, when the going got tough during the conveyancing process, was unfailingly helpful and supportive. I have bought and sold properties many times before, and with hand on heart I unreservedly put Robert Luff head and shoulders above any estate agent I have ever dealt with. Thank you SO much!

I have to say from start to finish I've had the best experience with Robert Luff, we achieved an amazing price that Rob himself negotiated and Richard progressed my sale all the way through, continually keeping me updated, even when we had a wobble he pulled it back in, i cant thank him enough. brilliant service from all i dealt with at the office and highly recommend.
