GoogleHighly recommend Robert & Luff Goring . Everyone are so friendly and efficient. A special Thank You to David King, from the initial quotation through to the completion he has been fantastic. He helped me through some tricky situations with the sale of my property. He will update you every week and always available to answer your questions. Many thanks.

GoogleAs a fellow agent, you won't find me posting too many reviews for my competitors. However, after working alongside David King at the Goring office on a particularly difficult chain , it's only fair that I give credit where it's due. David was superb in managing the lower end of one of the longest chains we've ever had (I was looking after the upper end). At his part of the chain he undertook any and all efforts to get not only his client's sale through, but everybody else's too, often making up for the shortfalls of the several agents between he and I. He was super efficient, pro-active, and constantly kept everyone in the loop. I was hugely impressed, and had complete confidence that with him overseeing this part of the chain we were in safe hands, and I could focus on my own part. This was already a complicated and difficult chain, but the fact that we managed to get it done at this time in particular was a huge achievement, and in no small part down to Dave's efforts. Thanks for all your help with this Dave, great working with you, and I hope our paths cross again soon.

GoogleRobert Luff were the estate agents for my seller's. Once we went into lockdown, well before that, Jamie Bryant at the Goring branch, kept in touch with me constantly . As my Solicitors were working remotely & I had no communication from my own Estate agents, Jamie Bryant was the only person, that kept me informed & gave me advice & at times reassurance of what was happening. Cannot thank him enough, I would highly recommend this Estate agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMy partner and I have been dealing with Jack and can absolutely say that he has gone above and beyond in our search for a property. His patience and proactive attitude is second to none and he is an asset to the company. We are very grateful for all of his help to date and would certainly recommend Robert Luff and of course particularly Jack with regards to a property search.

GoogleI cannot rate this estate agent highly enough. Without Dave King's input, great communication skills, attention to detail, tenacity, good humour and sheer hard work I suspect my sale may not have happened. It has been fraught with difficulties, particularly due to these unprecedented times but Dave somehow made it happen, so I have nothing but praise. I would thoroughly recommend them and their outstanding service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleJack, Dave,Laura and Jamie are all so professional and dedicated to their jobs. We have had one of the most complicated and stressful moves going, there have been highs and lows, but with this group of estate agents in goring, you are not going to do better. What I liked especially about them is that they chased things when they should, and always got back to us. Jack has gone above and beyond in selling our house and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending them. Although I have no intention in trying to move in the near future I feel if our experience was anything to go by this is the estate agent to chose. Thank you so much for all your hard work it really was appreciated

GoogleI don’t normally do reviews… However, credit, where credit's due and here I am. Where do I begin… We wanted to sell our house. We tried ‘a, another’ estate agent. After 6 months, no real joy, so we changed to Robert Luff in Goring. We got ourselves a Dave. Dave King @ Robert Luff has been a star. He is a diamond. All the staff in the branch have been great, but Dave has gone beyond the call of duty over and over. He has worked his butt off getting together an 8 link chain. He has managed to get all the solicitors, estate agents, mortgage companies and house owners ALL lined up, ALL looking in the same direction, ALL at the same time and ready to exchange contracts, TWICE. At the time, it was hell, there nearly wasn’t a chain a couple of times, TBH, I had had enough, but I think Dave just knew what was going on, kept calm and got the job done. Great quote from Dave at the time - “It’s not my first time at the rodeo”. So if you are thinking of selling your house or flat give Dave a call. He didn’t let me down. And he really pulled one out of the bag. Nice one Dave.

GoogleWe bought a property that was for sale with Robert Luff and can thoroughly recommend them. As first time buyers it was quite a daunting process, however, David helped us through it all and was extremely helpful, professional and personable. No query was too small or silly and he was in regular contact by phone or email. Thank you to David for his excellent service.

GoogleWe have recently sold our house through Robert Luff and would highly recommend them. Jack has been great throughout and has kept the urgency going through the whole process and kept us fully informed with developments and also offered valuable advice. Special mention also to Dave who was also very helpful. Not planning on moving again for a while but if & when we do it will be with these guys again. Dave & Lisa Woods

GoogleSpeaking from a new build developers point of view Dave at Robert Luff has been a pleasure to work with during a tricky transaction. His knowledge, experience and help has been brilliant and greatly appreciated by our company and our own customers. Enabling a chain of 8 to exchange within 9 weeks is not to be sniffed at. My colleague Lucy and I would highly recommend this helpful agent and hope our paths cross again in the future. Dave has most definitely earned his fee on this one!

GoogleI can not recommend the team in the Goring office highly enough, Jamie, Dave, Jack and Laura were all fantastic! Their service far exceeded my initial expectations, every time they said they would call us with an update they did, every time they said they’d chase something for us they did, they were so so helpful. Their brilliant service never faltered from beginning to end, they are also such a nice bunch! I’m actually going to miss talking to them! Thanks again guys, you really appreciate everything you did for us. Wouldn’t use any other estate agent in the future.

GoogleWhat can I say? This estate agents are a class above. The whole team Dave, Jack,Jamie and Laura have been fantastic Dave was the main man in my transactions and has certainly gone the extra mile, even negotiating a good deal on my purchase as well as managing my sale. I have been kept well informed throughout the whole process and any queries or problems swiftly dealt with. Thanks guys, will miss you in a funny sort of way, though I am relieved to have sold and be moving on. Will have no doubt in recommending this agency to anyone I might know wanting to sell their property in the future. Many thanks. Mel.

GoogleDavid from Robert Luff Goring headed up our sale. I cannot praise this man enough for his efforts. A difficult sale and he earned his money and some more. Having sold and bought houses before with other estate agents in the area I would go back to Robert Luff again ahead of the rest. David had holiday planned and was away for a week. The seamless handover to Jamie was amazing. He knew everything about the sale and was completely up to speed before I knew he had taken over. Sale completed and both parties very happy. Thanks for the efforts guys.
