I engaged Robert Luff & Co in 2020 to undertake the sale of a flat in Worthing. Despite being in the midst of the pandemic with lockdowns at various points, they were efficient, communicative and prompt throughout. While the sale took some time due to factors outside their control, I would highly recommend them as they clearly have the size and expertise to progress sales even under adverse circumstances.

I came across Lauren almost by accident but since doing so I have been very impressed by the warm and yet very professional way in which she conducts business. She and her team found tenants very quickly and provided support through a lockdown impacted process. Everything has proceeded very smoothly so far and I am confident that it will continue to do so after the tenants move in.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Richard kept his cool and aided delicate negotiations after our first buyer suddenly pulled out. We had another offer within a week and he keep the sale on track throughout the process, despite us having a very complicated chain. We are now enjoying our new house and thank him for his commitment to our exchange and completion.

After a shaky start with another estate agent , we were recommended to try Robert Luff and are so glad we did . Adam came round , was very professional and immediately sprung in to action , like he was on a mission . The viewings and ultimately an offer soon followed . Thereafter we were handed over to Dom , on their sales progression team . He was excellent in handling all the communications between us , our buyers and the solicitors etc and was always quick to reply . We are now in our new home and are very happy to give Robert Luff 5 stars for their service from start to finish . Gerard & Patricia

We chose to ask Robert Luff to market our property as they had a strong local base of retail premises, backed by strong links to the national sites. We found our initial meeting to discuss our property a very positive experience and were reassured that we would get a good price, based on their judgement and the market conditions. After we had agreed the publicity the viewings started and within three visits a strong offer was made and accepted. We were kept in contact throughout the process, even when some elements of the buying and selling chain proved rather fraught and we found all the staff involved, particularly Adam and Richard, very attentive and professional. Thank you, Robert Luff, for handling the whole process so well.

I found all the staff at Robert Luff Worthing professional at all times. I would like to thank Rob and Harley for all their help and guidance especially after I lost my buyer. Also to say thank you to Jane who did most of the viewings with upmost professionalism and after my sale had fallen through she managed to get it sold with her enthusiasm and charm. Luke worked hard to get me the right sale and Dom was on the case and ringing me most days with updates and chasing the chain to get me to the end result and sell my house so I could move on. I would like to say a big thank you to all of you at Robert Luff Worthing who I came into contact with during this somewhat stressful process but you all made it easier for me to deal with. Thank you again.PositiveProfessionalism

What an awesome team of proactive and efficient staff! I've dealt with Lettings side and Sales side and they are both super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. Ultimately I sold my investment flat and there were a couple of issues I had to deal with as part of the sale. Richard and the team were there every step of the way with advice, direction, help and it all resulted in the product of the completed sale. A very big thanks to all the team. They are without doubt highly highly recommended by me !
