We were very well looked after by Robert Luff and particularly by Susan Lee, our Sales Progression agent, who was always communicative, helpful, reassuring and pro-active during the sometimes stressful process of buying our home. We had a less positive experience of our solicitors - Eric Smith. This is the firm that was recommended to us by Robert Luff and we used them because it seemed simplest, but I would recommend doing some research and using a different firm, as we found them to be pretty disorganised and unresponsive. Overall though, a very positive experience of Robert Luff - and thank you Sue!
