Even now, the UK economy, including the housing market, is still in the doldrums. But Hark, The Herald Angels are starting to Sing. Homes are selling. Smiles are beginning to form on the faces of the Property Prolateriat. And it’s thanks to agents such as “Big Phil” who suck up the pressure from buyers and sellers like a human sponge. If ever the sobriquet “Keep Calm, And Carry On” applied to anyone, it’s Mr Bennett, aided and abetted by his enthusiastic wingman Charlie. Thanks for a professional, cool and thorough job throughout. Jamie made it abundantly clear from our initial meeting that he wanted to be appointed to sell the house and his engaging personality , great humour twinned with his enthusiasm and breath of knowledge of the local market made it an easy choice to engage Robert Luff. Jamie as agreed organised a superb presentation of the house, which sold two days after going on the market, quite remarkable. On initial valuation the team were extremely kind and passionate about our house. They listened to everything we had improved and made sure to emphasise this on viewings. It was refreshing to have an agency so dedicated and knowledgeable about a property they are selling. Due to failed onward purchases etc it took a bit longer to sell, they never gave up and even helped us find an amazing property. If you are looking to sell I would recommend them, they are all very knowledgeable in their field and when viewings take place I would recommend Jane to hold them as she could sell sand to the desert! They are great and once we have finished renovating our new home we will have them back to value just in case we fancy another go around.
