GoogleI had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Robert Luff Estate Agents, particularly with key members of their letting team. As a landlord, I entrusted the agency with a full management contract, expecting ethical and professional service. What I encountered instead was a pattern of unprofessional conduct, manipulation, and what appears to be unethical coordination that severely compromised my rights and well-being. One of the letting managers aggressively pressured me into hiring a builder of his choosing, even though the flat had already been newly refurbished at my own expense. I was made to spend an additional £875 under the guise of unnecessary refurbishment. Throughout the process, I was constantly forced to accept misleading and false claims that my flat was “uninhabitable”, a completely inaccurate and defamatory assertion. These claims were clearly designed to benefit the tenant, at my expense. Dominic Ruzyllo and Dili Jones, both staff members at Robert Luff, ignored all documentation that I had properly provided to Toby (the original letting agent), and continued to pressure and mislead me into cancelling a legally binding tenancy contract. They not only failed to uphold their professional responsibilities but went as far as to support false allegations, refused to return possession of my property on time, and gave misleading information about the status of the tenancy and check-out. Their communication style was disrespectful, aggressive, and stressful. The emotional distress caused by their actions has seriously affected my health. I felt bullied, harassed, and misrepresented throughout this ordeal. I now question whether their conduct was merely negligent or part of a larger, systemic issue in the agency, one that puts landlords at serious risk. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the Robert Luff brand. It felt like a setup and an orchestrated attempt to discredit me as a landlord and defame my property. I urge the CEO of Robert Luff to personally look into this matter and evaluate how his employees are damaging the hard-earned name and reputation of the company he built. Their actions go directly against the trust that clients place in the Robert Luff brand. This is a warning to other landlords: Please think twice before trusting Robert Luff Estate Agents with your property. GoogleCan't more highly recommend for sale or purchase. Huge amount of hard work from Jamie, Dave and colleagues throughout an unfortunate extremely lengthy completion period with generous time and energy immediately thrown at unexpected 'hiccoughs' (e.g. unplanned remarketing) encountered on the way to keep things on track and moving forward! Everyone at the branch always friendly, supportive and empathic with a welcome personal touch in communications whether by phone, email or person.

Our property chain broke down twice and Jamie (and Dave as backup) were extremely patient dealing with our ongoing frustrations and requests for updates even listening to our rants whilst remaining professional at all times. If you have a priory to sell in the Goring vicinity chose Robert Luff!

GoogleI would completely recommend Dave and the team at Robert Luff Goring. When I needed to sell mum's house they were totally understanding and compassionate in how they dealt with the situation. They were efficient and professional throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble for them. The house sold within the first week of going on the market. I had absolutely no idea of the selling process and they guided me through everything step by step and kept me up to date with all that was happening and what we needed to do. They made the really difficult situation that I was having to deal with so much more straightforward and so much less stressful than I thought it would be. I'd 100% recommend them without any hesitation.

GoogleRobert Luff & Co in Worthing were recommended to us when selling our late Uncles home. The service we received, from the I initial phone call through to completion, was first class. The valuation was carried out with sensitivity and at time that suited us. All communication with the Worthing office, be it by telephone or e mail was professional, timely and friendly. Max was our main point of contact and he was absolutely brilliant. If he said he was going to do something, he did! He liaised with our buyers and both Solicitors and chased when necessary making the selling process stress free. We would not hesitate to recommend Robert Luff & Co

GoogleIf you are looking for an estate agent with the best service in Goring, you would be wise to choose Robert Luff, Goring and ask for Dave King. You could make no better choice. I recommend them unreservedly. When, as executors of my beloved aunt's estate, we had to sell her bungalow in Goring we knew we had to choose the best estate agent in the area because we live in Canada, are completely unfamiliar with property sales in the UK and would have to rely on a company that would be willing to go the extra mile to assist us. I met and interviewed several agents including Dave King from Robert Luff. I was very impressed by his polite, friendly but respectful manner, thorough tour of the bungalow, in depth knowledge of the area and vast experience. Because my husband, a lawyer, was in Canada, he 'met' Dave via zoom so he had to jump through several hoops before we selected Robert Luff. Once the bungalow was on the market I received emails from Dave and Jamie Bryant every time they did a showing and a prompt, thorough report after the event. Their advice was invaluable. When it sold we were part of a four property chain that caused some problems and prolonged the process. Dave kept us up to date with the issues that were slowing down completion. He was also proactive in informing our solicitors. During that time British Gas wanted access to the bungalow and because of the Sale sign contacted Luff's for assistance in access. Dave did not hesitate to volunteer his time to facilitate this request. There were other, too numerous to mention, occasions when Dave went above and beyond what one would reasonably expect from an estate agent. The responsibility of selling a property while living 3,000 miles away is potentially very stressful. Dave took on that stress. We knew we could rely on him and that is no small thing. When Dave was on holiday Jamie stepped in and met with us during our final clearance of the bungalow. Selling the property of a loved one who has died is emotionally difficult. We had 30 years of happy holiday memories attached to the bungalow and saying goodbye to it was part of my loss of my aunt. Dave 'got' this. It wasn't just about the sale with him. He cared about how we felt during the sale. I can only imagine how awful this process would have been without Dave as our agent.
