GoogleEven one star is way too much! We have been left hanging to view the property and missed few other just to find out couple weeks later on website it was already rented out. Despite my husband's calls, me registering with their agency and their promises to call us back about the property. They might be good, but in wasting people time nothing more. Glad we have had that experience with renting from this estate agency, at least we know we will definitely avoid them to buy our house.

GoogleMy parents used this joke of an agency to sell their house. Did nothing untill they handed in their notice after receiving barely any arranged visits over 10 weeks.. 1 day before the contract ceased they amazingly found someone.. no memorandum of sales was issued and the agent led them on for 2 months. After this the agency kept attending the house and even sent around the buyer who they were waiting on weeks on weeks to try and strong arm them into a sale. Parents ended up going with another agency (who they got an offer within 4 days) and they said that they wouldn't be stung with 2 lots of agency fees when clearly there are in contract.. do not touch or you will regret. I welcome a response from them...

GoogleWhen I was a tenant, they often came in with little notice. Recently, a group of friends and I decided to view a new property in Oxford. The agent just didn't show up at all! There was no message or apology afterwards. We were just forgotten about. Perhaps they found a more lucrative tenant, but it's still nice to be told that the viewing is off rather than just ignoring you and not turning up.

GoogleThis agency resembles the height of unprofessionalism. The agent did not turn up at all to the scheduled viewing, which was confirmed in writing several days prior to the appointment. The agency did not respond to three (3) telephone calls following up on the agent's no-show. After waiting over 20 minutes at the property, I decided to call it quits and go home. Tardiness is unacceptable in real estate agents. This is especially so, given that the property in question (on Banbury Road) is only a few blocks away from their office on Walton Well Road. I arranged my day around this appointment, rescheduling appointments to make the viewing fit. They disrespected me by not showing up. An agency that shows no respect to its customers does not deserve its customers' patronage. Stay away and find a more professional letting agency.

I'm sorry but we do not do the viewings on this property. All we do is advertise the apartments and the landlord does all the viewings. So many apologies if he did not arrive.

GoogleAll the way throughout the valuation to the final sale the staff acted very professional in their duties. Their job was made so much more difficult during strict rules in force durning the Coronavirus Virus. Well done to them all.
