GoogleI have to say I am very thankful that I used Richard James for my house sale as the service they provided was amazing, I cannot say the same for the solicitors involved!! Mike was great at the start, coming out quickly & valuing my house, being very informative & the great service he spoke about was very much provided by them. Great service, highly recommended Richard James! Thank you all

GoogleI used Richard James to sell my home and they were brilliant. Sold it really quickly, kept me updated throughout the whole process, gave really good advice, and chased the whole chain from start to finish. I mostly dealt with Mike and Rachael, and they were fantastic. Both really friendly and helpful. Also really knowledgeable. I would not hestitate to recommend them. I am so grateful for such a great service. 😊

GoogleRichard explained everything when he came round to do the valuation, came across very professional and was happy to answer the many questions which we had. Danny then took over and kept us informed on a regular basis throughout the process. The service from Richard James Rushden was excellent and I won’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.

GoogleWe cannot thank Richard James enough for helping us to sell our home. Throughout the whole process, the whole team was helpful; knowledgeable; professional; and above all supportive. We would not hesitate to recommend anyone considering selling their home to use their company. Richard James outshined the other agents in our chain by their commitment to supporting us through the process and going the extra mile to ensure our sale was completed.

GoogleExcellent from the start. I basically handed over a set of keys and they took it from there. Very good communication and also reassurance when my solicitor sent out confusing emails at the close of play on a Friday afternoon. It certainly helped that these agent were open for long hours, but also that I largely spoke with the same lady throughout the process. Very friendly and excellent service. I would definitely recommend. Thank you.
