GoogleFrom the outset Mike was reassuring and very honest with us about the current state of the market. He prices the house to sell which it did within 2 weeks. Each week Rachael would call with an update and we were completed within 5 months. We cannot recommend Richard James in Irrhlingborough enough, super lovely people and they made a difficult process so much easier - thank you all for being so fabulous.

GoogleAfter deciding to move Mike came round and valued the house,he explained everything to do with the pricing very thoroughly ,he then created our brochure for our home sale, which made it look great and we were very pleased with the way it showed our home. Rachel kept us well informed on any progress,she was fab towards the end of our sale especially when there were issues with other parties . We would recommend Richard James to anyone who wants to sell/buy a property. They are on the whole a professional,friendly and approachable local business .

GoogleRichard James in irthlingborough have been fantastic. Particularly Mike and Ollie. They've handled the sale of my late father's property at diamond drive with the utmost respect and integrity. The process of sale is still ongoing but they keep my mother and myself as up to date as possible. Likely the reason why their boards are everywhere in the town. Thankyou
