Andrew has given us advice on rental income, improvement requirements and introducing new tenants. He has been friendly, clear, fair and reliable. We are very satisfied with the service that we have received.

GoogleEveryone at Quirks has been so helpful during the purchase of our property, but particularly Sally. She helped keep everything on track and went above and beyond, including chasing the bottom of our chain when there were problems. She always kept us up to date with what was going on and was polite and professional throughout. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

GoogleFollowing one aborted transaction we decided to try again. Plenty of good advice from Simon at Quirks as always. All staff have been extremely helpful and friendly and we would like to give a special mention to Jemma (without whom I don’t think we would have ever exchanged!) Sally and Shaun. We would highly recommend Quirks to anyone looking to sell a property in Wickford.

GoogleI've been a landlord with Quirks for many many years and cannot fault them. They make everything so easy - taking care of anything from minor repairs to redecorating with minimal input required from me - which as I live some distance from the property is essential for me! They've always found new tenants quickly and easily and been honest about the rental income that I should aim to achieve. Again - the whole process of finding new tenants is handled seamlessly and is completely stress free for me. Highly recommended! Thank you team :-)

It's clear looking back that Simon B was the only local agent who correctly valued my property and he did it while immediately making me feel like I was in safe hands. From there on the whole team did all they could to help me find a property and to make the sale process as smooth as possible. GoogleQuirks are doing an amazing job managing my elderly mother's buy to let property. Nothing is too much trouble, and they take a keen interest in all aspects of the property not just in finding us the right tenants. Particular praise must go to Andrew who is always kind, courteous and highly professional - he gives willingly of his time to ensure everything is in order and communicates most effectively to keep us up to date with any developments. I would highly recommend Quirks who give such peace of mind to my mother (and to me) as a landlord.

GoogleWe used quirks to handle our purchase and sale. We were extremely happy with the service we were provided with. It wasn’t a straight forward process due to solicitors but quirks kept us update and made sure everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell a house as the knowledge of the Wickford area is second to none! I am sure quirks are happy we have completed and moved in, especially Jemma who dealt with my daily emails of where are we now! A massive thank you to the team at quirks for doing an amazing job!

I can't Thank the wonderful Andrew for everything he has done he made the whole letting experience easy and stress free nothing was too much trouble explaining everything in simple terms. GoogleBrilliant service from start to finish. My old family home sold within a week and above the asking price despite it being above my expectation. Furthermore Charlotte and the rest of the team kept us all informed and guided us through the process with charm and patience. They all worked hard on our behalf, didn’t promise anything they couldn’t deliver and were a credit to this family firm.

GoogleFrom start to finish every member of the team were excellent. Very helpful, great communication. Always cheery and positive. We couldn’t fault them on anything. Due to a difficult chain it took a while but they got us there and we are very pleased with the service from quirks. Definitely recommend. GoogleQuirks in Billericay, have as a company gone above and beyond to ensure our property was sold. They have worked hard to achieve this sale and always addressed us a a friendly manner making us feel we were valued customers. The whole process has been professional throughout. Lee and Kiri, played a major part in this process, they both felt the personal touch was important so talking to them on the phone rather than by constant emails, set up and ensured this friendly partnership. Kiri even asked me how I felt following completion of the sale of a family home spanning 66 years! Demonstrating both care and compassion. Big thanks go out to the pair of them.
