Kevin, Simon, Abigail, Stephen and Sally have all been amazing especially helping push my completion over the line before stamp duty changes, for which I am extremely grateful. I will be recommending their services to all my friends and family and I will be using Quirks again in the future.

GoogleHad the worse experience with Quirks Wickford as a renter. The Experience during property enquiry, at the property and exiting the property was really poor. There were many red flags but really liked the property so stayed all the same. Aside from a particular lady, they all seem to make an effort to make renting uncomfortable. That said, I think "working" with quirks would be a good experience for LandLords who want constant checking on the property/tenants or tenants who don't mind constant interactions with Letting agents/Landlords . For the Tenant, looks more like an unpaid second job .

However, I’m sorry that you have felt the service you received did not match your expectations. I know Property STOP strive to offer a professional service, adhering to all applicable legislation, ensuring that tenancies comply fully with legal standards and are managed in the best interests of both landlords and tenants. This often requires necessary and routine interactions between their team and tenants to maintain these standards. I do hope this clarifies matters-regards Simon Quirk

GoogleEveryone at Quirks, Billericay, have been so efficient and helpful in the selling of my property in Billericay. The house sold relatively quickly considering the current market conditions. I was kept updated during the entire process, with Kiri, the sales progressor, pushing things along and liaising between the buyer and our solicitors. It has been a painless experience from start to finish.

GoogleQuirks have provided an exceptional service from start to finish, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Both Charlotte during viewings/negotiations, and Kiri through sales progression, have been so efficient and helpful the entire time. Despite not being my appointed estate agents (I am the buyer), Kiri has regularly updated me on progress, going above and beyond to ensure different parties are keeping the chain moving forward. In my opinion, Quirks have been the most important link in the chain, and we are only able to complete this year thanks to their efforts. Additionally, their recommendations for solicitors and surveyors were excellent. Due to the overwhelmingly positive experience with Quirks, I will definitely be using them if I am looking to buy/sell in the future. Thank you!

GoogleI have had a very professional service from Quirks in Billericay High Street. Charlotte started with the selling process and was very efficient then Kiri with sales progression. Charlotte kept me up to date with prospective buyers , giving me feedback updates at every turn. Kiri didn’t need any chasing up, she was onto every little detail and kept me informed of all aspects as the sale progressed. I felt in safe hands and felt far more relaxed about the whole sale. My trust was not misplaced and my sale was finalised. An excellent example of true customer service and professionalism. I would have no problem recommending Quirks Sales team for anyone thinking of selling.

Having Kiri work exclusively after sales have been agreed is a service I talk about the most.
