GoogleCan’t thank Kiri enough for getting our move done. I was silly enough to go with a online solicitor (strongly advise against this) Kiri chased them constantly and if it hadn't been for her the move could of gone on a lot longer, always happy to help!

GoogleWe have today exchanged on our sale & purchase, fortunately both were managed by Quirks Billericay. Our chain was both long & complicated due to issue at the bottom of the chain leading to exchange taking two months longer than expected & the goal posts constantly changing. If it wasn't for Kiri & the Quirks team, I am convinced I would have given up sometime ago & stayed in our current property. Kiri in particular is a star to work with & the Quirks brand should be very proud to have her represent their company. She went above & beyond what could be asked of her, was diligent, professional, ultra patient but above all, extremely determined. I cannot speak more highly of this agent & the staff within it. I also have to call out James & Charlotte who were also excellent. Thank you team, we really appreciate all your help & efforts.

GoogleOnce we found the property we wanted to buy Quirks were amazing in getting us over the line. Kiri was our account handler once we had our offer accepted and was the reason we managed to get to exchange. She stayed on top of our Solicitors (who were less helpful) and made sure we had regular updates along the way whilst being so friendly and a pleasure to talk to. When we finally exchanged she was so happy for us and called straight away to congratulate us which was so nice. It was the same way our friends and family congratulated us, if anything she was happier! It just goes to show how invested she is in trying to help. Thanks to all my account handlers at Quirks but a special mention to Kiri. I do need to also mention Charlotte who got the ball rolling for us and has provided regular updates as and when needed. An equally friendly service from her too so definitely deserves a mention!

All the staff that were involved were very professional and would especially like to thank Emma & Kiri who played a key part. They were always on call to assist with our needs and continued to push the whole process through with ease, making it as less stressful as feasibly possible

GoogleGood friendly estate agents it may not seem a lot but I’ve never had to wait three days for them to return a call it is wheelchair accessible and the staff are friendly and helpful we didn’t end up buying through them in the end but that’s no reflection on the help and advice that I received and I can’t recommend enough

GoogleWe can’t speak highly enough of the service Quirks provided us during a very stressful sale and purchase. Jemma was very patient and helpful throughout. Despite us calling their office persistently for nearly 7 months, their whole office were always friendly and supportive throughout. We got there in the end guys - thank you all.

GoogleWe could not be happier with Quirks in Wickford. I am so pleased we did not go with one of these new Online only estate agents. The main thing is they sold our house but they did this with keeping in touch always and were fair and easy to deal with. I would recommend to anyone selling in Wickford Essex to use Quriks Terry Jill Megan and Aidan

GoogleI would highly recommend quirks every time. Initially I received a no obligation valuation of my property and Simon was aware I was going to go with the “cheap” online experience and not use them . I received honest advice and no hard sale to move over no harassing messages and calls like other agents. I was unsuccessful on line and of course chose them. I sold and also found my purchase property within a week at quirks i cannot fault all the staff, esp in the office cara, Sean and of course Jemma, who kept me up to date with everything and my persistent queries. GoogleI cant praise the team at Quirks highly enough. They provided a very professional, friendly and efficient service from start to finish. Jemma was excellent throughout, she maintained regular contact resolving any issues in a professional yet friendly and timely manner and was no doubt instrumental in progressing the sale of our property with as little fuss as possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend Quirks to anyone who is considering selling or buying a property. Our thanks go to the whole team for making what was a very difficult time as pain free as possible.
