We’re grateful for any stars! Quirks Wickford currently has a 5* rating of over 90%. From a thorough investigation it seems you purchased a property from Billericay office in 2019 and looking at the notes all went well. So, with no further contact with any branch for nearly 12 months, your 1* review has come as a bolt out of the blue, what’s happened? I have tried last week to reach out to you, without success, accordingly I am none the wiser and wonder if this post was simply made by mistake, or maybe spam. Quirks stand or fall by our customers experience and at Wickford are grateful and proud of our 5* star reviews. The team work tirelessly to provide a first-class experience-hey we don’t always get it right, which makes your feedback so important, so again if you have a gripe tell me! you have my direct line number and email address we can’t improve if we don’t know what went wrong. GoogleLong overdue in doing as we moved a year ago!!! Cannot recommend or praise the wickford branch enough. We bought and sold through them and they ensured no stress and a very quick move for us. Now my daughter is moving and has used both wickford and billericay branch, they also cannot fault the customer service. Everyone in the wickford branch go above and beyond.

GoogleJemma: Absolute legend. I was in a precarious position, and Jemma worked so hard to get my purchase turned around in about 4weeks. She was on top of everything and kept me updated all the way. Response times were brilliant too. Very knowledgeable staff.

GoogleMy Husband and I bought a house from Quirks and we were extremely happy with the service we received. From the moment we called them they were professional, courteous and friendly. Even when we were on lockdown we were given 5 star service. Jemma was extremely helpful and positive and although she was working from home we could always contact her. She was always going out of her way to help us and always put our minds at ease as we were very worried that we would not be able to move during to the pandemic. Even on the day of moving Jemma was keeping us updated and chasing Solicitors. I highly recommend Quirks and would use them again. Well done Quirks.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Jemma who works in the Wickford branch was very outstanding and would highly recommend her.And if i wanted help and Jemma was not about a young lady called Abby stepped in who again was very helpful and cooperative.
