And I would like to give a special thankyou to Kiri who went above and beyond to help me, she kept me informed all the way with the progression of the sales, was very professional and had the patience of a saint and a great demeanour about her! GoogleWe couldn't be happier with the service from Quirks, from the lettings and sales office for the past 6 years - firstly letting our property and then selling it for us whilst we live 100miles away from the property. Quirks have arranged quotes for maintenance work and have been super helpful with achieving a sale and following through to exchange and completion. We would definitely recommend!

GoogleI would highly recommend Quirks Billericay. Initially they suggested a fair selling price and showed professionalism and good local knowledge. They dealt kindly and sensitively of the fact that I was selling as an executor for a close relative. They were always friendly and efficient and were prepared to do all the show arounds on my behalf. Consequently, the property was sold quickly and went through very smoothly. Many thanks especially to Emma for the initial conversations and selling, always with a smile, and to Kiri for the ensuring the transaction moved along swiftly and effectively.

GoogleHaving sold my property with Quirks, I would thoroughly recommend them. I was kept informed throughout the stages of the sale and all the team were very flexible and understanding, Emma and James did a great job in finding the right buyer for me and knew the market/area very well. At the point an offer was accepted, I was handed over to Kiri who dealt with me from then onwards. Kiri was absolutely brilliant and I truly believe that had I have chosen any other estate agent, our chain wouldn't have completed, or at least as quickly as it did. Kiri was on constantly on the ball; keeping myself, my solicitors and the rest of the chain updated. She was very patient with some challenging parts of the sale and understood how stressful the situation could be. She knew exactly when to follow up and fight for us, and I was happy to leave this in her good hands.

GoogleWe whole heartedly recommend Quirks Billericay to anyone who is thinking of selling their home. We visited several different estate agents and eventually decided to go with Quirks, mainly due to the warm nature of everyone who works there. We were also fortunate enough that the house we wanted to purchase was also listed with Quirks. From start to finish, everyone made us feel that they were there to help and support us through what usually is a very stressful time. We can genuinely say that everyone at Quirks took any stress away. Once our offer had been accepted, Kiri took control and made sure the process ran as quickly and efficiently as possible. When the time comes that we decide to sell again, there is no doubt in our mind that we will definitely be listing with Quirks!

GoogleWe have used Quirks lettings for a number of years and have always been very satisfied so, when it came to selling the property, we used Quirks sales. So glad we did. Everyone we dealt with was professional and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Kiri, Emma and James who made the whole process as stress free as it is possible to make selling properly stress free.. and always in a pleasant and friendly manner. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe used Quirks to sell my Fathers property at a stressful time. They were a very friendly and helpful team who exceeded all expectations. Kiri was exceptionally good at keeping us up to date with what was going on, ensuring the sale went through smoothly. There were a few things that needed sorting out but nothing was too much trouble for them to resolve. I would recommend using Quirks to anyone buying or selling a property locally.

GoogleQuirks were so helpful in the sale and purchase of our properties. I would discourage anyone using online estate agents offering no fee and recommend Quirks instead. I think you cannot beat the personal service that Quirks gave us. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe were fortunate enough to engage with Quirks in selling our house, having been referred onto them by friends who highly recommended them. We always found Kiri, James, Craig & Simon to be extremely resourceful, proactive and friendly. Perhaps most importantly the results they achieved for us were excellent - we managed to complete (in our eyes) in record time - and in the process, they managed to find us the dream home, which we're now living in. We couldn't be happier with the service we received!! I personally found Kiri a breath of fresh air: so proactive, efficient and friendly in chasing various people to get what was needed done; and James a calming influence during a very emotional time. GoogleI am really glad that I chose Quirks to handle the sale of our first house. It’s a small team so I always knew who I was talking to and they kept me informed every step of the way. They were also the agent for the house we were buying which made things much easier as they were in touch with everyone in the chain. When it came to progressing the sale, they worked very hard to keep everything moving, regularly chasing up solicitors and vendors to avoid delays. Kiri in particular was brilliant, I regularly spoke to her a few times a day as she was so involved in the process and I really relied on her when there were communication issues between solicitors. I had never appreciated the value of estate agents, especially with cheaper online alternatives available, but I can honestly say that Quirks were worth every penny and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe chose Quirks to handle the sale of our house after they had been our letting agents for the past 10 yrs . Sue @ Lettings has always been extremely helpful and the house was passed seamlessly to the sales team. The sale was handled by Kiri and overseen by Craig. They kept us informed every step of the way and when it came to keep everything moving and regularly chasing up solicitors, Kiri was excellent in keeping us informed and is very professional. Quirks delivered an excellent service and we were very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
