GoogleWould give 6 stars if we could! After a poor experience with a previous estate agents, we were nervous private tenants. Tej went out of his way from day 1 to assuage any worries we had and made the renting process smooth and simple. During the 3 years we stayed at the property, Tej was always avaliable when needed, no problem was ever too big or small. He was quick to resolve issues (like our fridge breaking down in summer or our boiler going out), arranging solutions quickly and without making us feel like an afterthought or inconvenience. We have just moved and honestly wish we could take Tej and his 5 star service with us! We will definitely hope to buy with him when we purchase our first home and would encourage anyone looking for a quality, professional, honest, friendly agent to look no further!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

If you hadn't moved so fast and so effectively we might well be stuck with the mortgage and no tenant for the duration of this COVID situation. GoogleATTENTION ALL LANDLORDS / TENANTS!!!! Look no further for an agent. Tej is hands down the best agent out there. When you phone. He answers. When you need help. He's there. Polite. Respectful. Fair. Knowledgable. A problem solver. True gentleman. We were very happy tenants under Tej. I'm also a landlord and would happily let my properties through him. 5 stars.
