GooglePretty sure this is a made up agency. Requested a viewing of a property through Zoopla, the agent responded with a time that I could view it (there was no address attached). I responded saying “great I’ll be there” and then followed with an email requesting the address of the place. He responded to neither so I showed up at the appointment, waited for around an hour outside the house, tried calling/emailing the office to no avail, even though the office was supposedly open at this time. Later that evening he did get back to me saying he didn’t receive my confirmation email, but even so the lack of communication and professionalism was very poor. Will not view through these agents again.

No confirmation of a viewing was made and no address given. To our surprise we received a message stating that they were outside waiting to view the flat. The person on the end of the phone sounded upset and threatened to leave a negative review for us not turning up to an unconfirmed appointment. Even after contacting them to clarify, it is disappointing to see that the threat of leaving us a negative review has been carried out.

GoogleI lived in one of Quest's properties for nearly two years. The property was excellent and we loved living there. Quest were also great. One area Quest excel is in their responsiveness to issues. During our stay at the property the washing machine and boiler had to be replaced. I've lived in properties where it has taken months for similar problems to be resolved, but on both occasions Quest sorted the issue in less than a week (with the bonus of keeping us informed all the way). We had a very positive experience throughout, from signing up, our stay and now ending our tenancy and receiving our deposit back. Being a small team (either Paul, Omar or Julie - staff were the same throughout our tenancy) meant queries were never left unresolved or passed over.
