GoogleI recently had to sell my father's flat in East Finchley on his behalf. I chose Prickett and Ellis because of their central position in East Finchley, their local knowledge and their friendly staff. They have worked very hard for me in challenging market conditions, and have been extremely pleasant and helpful with a sale that was not always straighforward. I have dealt with various staff members but special mention must go to Serge who has primarily been handling my sale, and has struck a great balance between driving things forward without being pushy or too 'salesy'. Many thanks to everyone at P&E, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in East Finchley.

GoogleThe sale of a property off East End Road, N2, took from November 2017 to February 2019 because of works needed before the sale could be completed. Serge Weinberger, P.&E.'s negotiator was tireless in keeping contact between myself and the eventual buyers, as well as being very helpful in respect of the works. He was completely efficient and professional while maintaining a pleasant, approachable manner throughout; nothing was ever any trouble and his experience of every aspect of such dealings was invaluable. You always knew you were in good hands. I could not recommend Prickett &Ellis more highly.

GoogleAfter having been with another agent for over 12 weeks without a sensible offer I switched to Prickett and Ellis. Both Amanda and Serge were great throughout the journey to my eventual sale. They kept me up to date at all stages; did the viewings as I was rarely at my house; and then provided prompt feedback. A house sale can be stressful, particularly in today’s climate, but the team At Prickett and Ellis effectively and professionally managed the process for me and I felt as if I was getting a personalised service. GoogleSerge and colleagues looked after the sale of property in Ingram Road N2 for my sister and I found them to be professional, responsive and helpful in all my dealings with them. Serge kept me up to speed with offers (and the likelihood they would come to fruition) and picked up on shoddy workmanship carried out on behalf of insurers in time for me to get it put right. They all kept in good humour throughout.

We put our house on the market with Prickett + Ellis ...mainly because I knew they would water my plants .. as we are were away a lot while the house was on the market... I have known Amanda + Elenor for a long time over the years and they have always been polite ..honest and forth right in there opinions on sales.. We achieved a very good price for our house and were very pleased with the services offered... although we always tried to show the house ourselves as a personal bit of selling ... as I was in retail ...so it is in the blood. I would recommend them very strongly // lovely to deal with ..always optimistic ...and great results at the end of the day. Spencer Elster.

GoogleAfter failing to sell using an on-line estate agent, whom would only allow viewings at times to suit them, I turned to Prickett and Ellis to help my elderly parents sell their home. I am so glad that I chose Prickett and Ellis. I cannot speak highly enough of Serge and Amanda whom provided a wonderful service and through getting us many viewings enabled us to get the best price in a tough market. My parents were reassured and relieved to be able to pop into the office and actually have someone to talk to, rather than a useless internet based service that achieved only 2 viewings in 4 months. I would absolutely recommend Prickett and Ellis, especially in the current market where you need professionals working hard to secure a sale.

Professional, courteous, but above all excellent communication at every stage - this really makes a huge difference when going through the stress of buying or selling. GoogleAwful estate agents, stay well clear. Not clear in communications, awful customer experience, and manipulate contracts to get money out of customers.
Dear Mr Palmer, I think your review accusing us of manipulating your contract to get money from you is very unfair. We did no such thing. The contract was a standard one of 18 months and it was you who gave notice after 9 months that you wished to break it so you could move away from London. Your landlord could have insisted on holding you to it until the break clause kicked in after 14 months which would have meant you had to pay 5 more months rent. But he was actually very reasonable and said that he would not hold you to it, provided we could find a suitable replacement tenant and you covered the rent and our normal tenant-finder fee up until then. We then did our absolute professional best to find the suitable replacement as fast as we could to limit your costs and managed to do so after only one month. That is why I am so mystified at your unfair accusation and I think you owe us an apology Regards Prickett & Ellis

GoogleWe have been dealing with P&E’s East Finchley office since July 2015 and have had an extremely professional service, delivered in a very personalised way. Amanda Walker, Eleanor Coleman and Serge Weinberger provided us with unflagging support over 17 months, both in the sale of our old house in N10 and the purchase of our new house in N2. We were awkward clients because we had our hearts set on just one house and the sale of our old house fell through a few times for reasons that could not have been foreseen. The team knows the local area very well, is never too busy to talk, and always dealt with us in a reassuringly straightforward way. We highly recommend this office and all the individual agents based there

GoogleA really excellent level of service. The team in this office really dispel the negative connotations about the estate agent industry. I found the service to have a genuinely personal touch, something I didn't get with the big high street chain agencies, or the online only services. A professional and friendly office, you feel like Amanda and Eleanor are with you all the way. They were instrumental in finding our buyer and did a great job managing the buyer comms before exchange.

GoogleI had a good experience with Prickett & Ellis. The staff were polite, non-pushy, honest and helpful. There were no underhand tactics or lies. There was good communication within the office and they kept me up-to-date. They were respectful towards my property when doing viewings. Nothing was broken, and the doors and windows were left locked. Thank you Prickett & Ellis.
