GoogleWe just purchased our property through Prickett & Ellis. From the very start, Tyler was straight forward, easy to deal with, responsive and kept us updated throughout. Towards the end when things became a bit more stressful, it was reassuring to know we had Tyler on the case, and he helped to push everything through! Would definitely recommend and we would use P&E in the future (although hopefully now we won't be moving for many many years!).

Our experience with their staff member Alex was sublime, he had our best interests as a family all the way through our purchase and it was a tricky one. We felt secure and safe with him and his company, his honesty was amazing, and he secured our family dream home for us. He looked after us all the way through, was there on call for us all the time, guided us through the sale. It was the most amazing experience I have had, and we have bought and sold three family homes, this was truly a wonderful experience from an amazing guy. GoogleWe have just sold our flat with Prickett and Ellis and couldn't be happier with them as agents. We had a range of agents come to view the property to value it and some didn't seem like they were interested at all or were unprofessional in their manner. Tyler at Prickett and Ellis was the total opposite and was an obvious choice to represent our property. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the local market, he gave us lots of great advice both about our sale and onward purchase. He is honest and approachable and didn't show any old person round - potential buyers were both financially checked and Tyler scoped out their genuine interest for purchasing the property. This was much appreciated given how nervous I was about people looking round our flat in the middle of a pandemic. Thanks so much to Tyler and the team!

GoogleWe had been looking for the perfect house in the perfect area for months and Tayler just made it all possible. I expressed interest on a not so perfect house through a known website. He promptly called me and was really patient asking all the right questions trying to understand what we were looking for. He was very honest about the property we were inquiring as it wasn’t in the catchment area of my children’s school. To my happy surprise he said there was a house in the area were we lived that may be a good match - still not in the market-, but he could ask the seller to do a private showing for us. Within a week, we had offered and the offer was accepted. It was a lengthy process, but Tayler kept us informed all the way and also helped us sort out a visit for our architect before the exchange date. Really happy to have picked up the phone that first day. Thank you Tyler!

Oliver, Serge, Alex and team are all extremely pleasant, punctual and prompt with communications and check ins. I’d highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy/sell in East Finchley and surrounding areas.

When my parents wanted to sell their house in East Finchley, we looked at a few estate agents but went with Prickett & Ellis because they came across as most prepared and professional at the meetings and looked to have a good list of people interested in the area already. We weren't disappointed - we had viewings lined up even before the photos had gone up in their windows and the whole process proceeded remarkably smoothly and swiftly. Highly recommended.
