GoogleWe asked Prickett and Ellis to sell our house in East Finchley in 2022 and they - and particularly Serge - did a sterling job. Serge was attentive and his communication always kept us reassured of progress. We ran into some problems with the chain and again Serge chased these up daily.

GoogleWe have just completed on the sale of our flat in Muswell Hill, which was handled by Nyall at Prickett & Ellis. From the start, Nyall approached our sale with enthusiasm and vigour and was confident that the asking price would be achieved, which indeed it was. He acted to protect our interests whilst at the same time accommodating the buyers’ requirements and queries. He always responded and communicated quickly and worked well with our solicitors. We are happy to recommend Prickett & Ellis and Nyall and his colleagues.

GoogleI recently worked with Serge Weinberger as the estate agent for the Seller and was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and expertise. The transaction was not straightforward, but he was very flexible and accommodating, always reachable, and very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. What stood out to me the most was his kindness and helpfulness throughout the entire process, as well as his unwavering patience. I felt like he genuinely cared about my needs and went above and beyond to ensure as smooth a transaction as possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an estate agent. GoogleWe have no hesitation in recommending Prickett and Ellis. They knew their markets and had potential buyers lined up for viewings within a week. We had two offers before the sale went up on their website, and the house was sold within two weeks of my dropping by their office in Alexandra Park. The team were supportive of each other and of us, and we had every confidence in them throughout the whole process. They made it all very simple and, moreover, were friendly and helpful. We will certainly use them again, should the occasion arise.

GoogleTyler was wonderful I had my flat on the market with another local estate agent for 6 months, and only had 3 views. Tyler managed to sell it for me within a month to a cast iron buyer, so I would highly recommend him.

GoogleUnfortunately, it is not possible to give them a 0! Covered up the information about a very troubled closest neighborhood. All further complaints are ignored. Manipulate contracts to get money out of customers. Avoid this agency!

GoogleWe had an extremely positive experience with Chris and the team at Prickett and Ellis when we successfully sold our house with them last year. They are friendly, reliable and transparent and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The best agents in the area.

GoogleWe've bought a flat from Prickett and Ellis in Hornsey a few years ago and were very impressed with their professional and friendly staff. We moved to Crouch End recently and pretty much didn't have to choose estate agents - although we looked around they were simply in a different league to the others. Their valuation was spot on, sales and ongoing negotiation support were first class. Don't ever underestimate the value a top quality estate agent can bring. Credit to Linda, Liam, Chris and Anne for making a complex, painful process so much easier (twice now!)

GoogleAfter many months of searching in the area, we met Nyall at Prickett & Ellis East Finchley and he simply made it happen. Nyall is a pleasure to deal with, he is passionate and he will do everything to help you find the property of your dream. He carefully listened to our needs and found the perfect property for us in no time. He helped us along the whole process, he was always very attentive and proactive. His kind nature helped us and the vendor to agree about any detail and to speed up the process. Buying a property is normally quite a rocky journey, but with Nyall it felt extremely easy. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and definitely he will be our first choice if one day we need to sell/buy another property. Thanks Nyall, you have been amazing!
