GoogleThe entire team at Pettengells, Highcliffe office made our move 'back home' as stress-free as possible. They are truly professional, answering any queries in a friendly manner, both promptly and efficiently. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Therefore, if you want your move to be a pleasure, then aim to deal with Pettengells if at all possible - you won't be disappointed.
Thanks Diana. Welcome back !

GoogleAll the staff at Pettengells especially Caroline were really helpful during my move from Bedfordshire to Highcliffe. I don't think I could have done it without their help and support especially when solicitors were not as fast and efficient as I thought they should be! They even recommended an excellent decorator who is busy transforming my property. Thank you to all the staff.

GoogleI have recently moved into my new home bought through Pettingells Highcliffe. I found the team helpful, approachable and reassuring throughout the purchase, which I particularly appreciated as the process ended up being somewhat protracted.

GoogleWhat a joy to deal with such a professional team. We hadn't moved for 33 years and were feeling a little stressed to say the least. We bought through Highcliffe and sold through the New Milton offices. Their communication skills were second to none and the breadth of knowledge and advice was so welcome . Our queries were always answered promptly with patience and skill. Stuart and Caroline kept us in touch with developments and kept us sane. Well done, you did a great job. With our sincere thanks. GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Dean, Tracey and Caroline regarding the sale of my late mother's flat in Highcliffe. I hear a lot about estate agents being up there with bankers, solicitors and used car salesmen as 'easy to hate' individuals. These guys were far from it - a pleasure to work with, honest, caring and never afraid to tell me if things weren't quite right. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleWe have just purchased through Pettengells in New Milton. They were excellent throughout the negotiation process to final completion. Matt, Scott and all the Team worked very hard to ensure the potentially fraught process of buying went well. Their communication throughout has been excellent. Very highly recommended!

GoogleDean and the team were a great help moving my mother from family home into supported living accommodation - a very stressful time for us all. Not at all pushy, unlike another agent we initially dealt with.
Hi David, thank you for taking time to leave this review. We aim to provide an excellent service and are so pleased your Mum is enjoying her new property.

GoogleThe move from Barton on Sea to Highcliffe should have been easy, but we had a list of 'should have' features. It took us around a year to find our ideal home. Much of this time was spent studying properties on Right Move and Zoopla. Dean at Pettengells, Highcliffe took us to view several potential properties, and kept us updated as new ones came on the market. He realised that we had lived at our old house for many years and wanted to be certain about the choice of a new 'address'. He was patient, understanding and wanted to help. Eventually, we found the home we had been looking for. Pettengells in 1981 had 'sold' us our old house, but this was really despite the agent who almost lost the sale. Pettengells 2017 were a great help, and we have no hesitation in recomending this Estate Agent.

GoogleWe had a great experience purchasing an apartment via Pettengels in Highcliffe. Dean is very accommodating and professional and he went out of his way to be helpful. We have dealt with many agents over the years and this was by far the best. Highly recommended.

GoogleI have used Pettengells to both buy and sell and cant recommend them enough. They are always positive and get the job done quickly. We were always kept informed on what was going on when buying and selling and they sorted out problems that weren't down to them to get the deal through. Well done!
