GoogleTL;DR: we used Peter Lane to both sell and buy and wholeheartedly recommend them. When getting our house valued ahead of sale, we went with Peter Lane because Caroline showed such genuine enthusiasm and passion to market our home. We are so glad we did. From valuation, paperwork, viewings and offers everything was conducted smoothly and Caroline was always at the end of the phone. When viewing properties, Caroline was hugely supportive in clarifying our buying position with other Estate Agents. In the end, Caroline let us know of a property coming to market with her colleague Stuart, and set up a viewing for us. Stuart was great, he knew all the details about the property, was there to show us some key points and features, and then left us to look around on our own. He is such a calm, relaxed, professional that it really was a "viewing" with no pressure or rush to offer or close the sale. Again, throughout the buying process we were always able to call the office and speak to either Caroline or Stuart and if they said they'd call us back, they always did (which is something I really appreciate!). We can't thank Caroline and Stuart (and the rest of the team) enough.

GoogleGavin, Stuart and Caroline could not have been more professional in selling our home. From the advice we received prior to marketing the property, the speed with which it sold after marketing and the assistance during the conveyancing process we could not have asked for more. It was probably not an easy house to sell and the conveyancing process was long and delicate but with sensible advice from Gavin and persistent chain chasing from Caroline we were kept fully advised and the transaction completed. We could not be more satisfied.

GoogleWe recently used Peter Lane to both sell and buy a property, and would thoroughly recommend their services. As it was our first time moving house, from valuation through to moving day we received the best support from Caroline who carefully spent the time with us explaining each step, kept on top of all the processes and smoothly conducted all of the solicitors and vendors in the chain. She was instrumental in getting the chain completed in time for us to move before our mortgage deal ended, for which we are ever so grateful. Everything you want in a good estate agent - Gavin, Caroline and the team keep up brilliant communications between you, the buyer and your solicitors, and it always feels like they have your best interest at heart. We’ve also bought through Peter Lane and had great experience too. Gavin knew what type of properties to show us and helped us navigate a new area as we were making the move from London.

GoogleI don't usually do reviews but having used Peter Lane & Partners, St Neots to sell my Mum's house, I decided that I would break my rule ! I worked mainly with Caroline and Gavin and the customer service was excellent. I am not resident in the UK so this made the process much more complicated but they both went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went smoothly and quickly. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and personable, extremely efficient and nothing was too much trouble. It was clear from the start that they had much more to offer than other estate agents. Gavin did the valuation which was actually lower than their competitors but he explained very clearly the reasons why and he was right. The others totally over valued it and would have wasted a lot of our time. If you are going through the stressful process of buying and selling property, you want to work with people who can make it easier for you and I would have no doubts at all in recommending the brilliant service that they offer.
