GoogleRecently purchased a house through Peter Lane Kimbolton and was blown away by the service Cath provided. I could not have asked for a better person to act as an intermediary as she was attentive, quick and always available to assist in any way. She ensured the smoothest possible transaction and i only wish she was onboard for the sale of my property too. Will definately use Peter Lane if/when i sell in the future.

GoogleSuch great service. Caroline was dealing with the sale of the house upwards in the chain, but the amount of work she put in to driving the chain below was absolutely phenomenal. It was a complex chain that even to the end felt like it could fall through at any moment, but she worked tirelessly and patiently to make sure we completed.

GoogleWe have sold our home! Moved into St Neots in Aug 2016 and bought through P.L. & Partners so it was a no brainer to sell through them too. Placing on the market over Easter was a good decision and the whole team have been on point throughout for as everyone knows selling at the moment is a tough act. I can not rate them all enough. GoogleWe bought our house through Peter Lane 3 years ago and had a brilliant experience working with them. So when it came time to move on, we knew we wanted to sell through them. Stuart came over to value the house the day after we initially got in touch, and gave us honest and realistic advice. He and the team got the house on the market and arranged viewings very promptly, and secured an offer within a week of it being listed. From there on we mainly dealt with Caroline, who is nothing short of amazing!! She negotiated a complex and challenging chain brilliantly, even answering calls and responding to emails on her day off to ensure we were able to complete on the sale. We hope we won’t move again for many years, but if we ever need the services of an estate agent again, we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Thanks everyone at Peter Lane- we think you’re all fantastic!
