Ray has been wonderful throughout the whole buying process. I am a first-time buyer, with a busy job and moving from another area, so the experience could have been daunting. However, he made the whole process smooth, with his friendly and extremely pleasant, helpful manner. He remained patient and was flexible; always getting back to me quickly and explaining things clearly, as well as liaising with Solicitors etc to sort out any issues. Thank you Ray for your hard work and assistance throughout. It is greatly appreciated. I would also like to add that each time I have called the office, I have found the staff to be very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Ray and Pestell & Co. for anyone requiring an Estate Agents that is professional and responsive.

I went for the viewing where Ray via Prestell & Co (Dunmow) showed me around, his personally made the viewing fun but he also answered all my questions (he knows his stuff) I have just bought the property and the sale wouldn’t of gone through without the help of both Paul and Ray. As I was a first time buyer I really didn’t know the procedure. Paul let me know what I should be doing and kept me informed of the sellers position.
