GoogleWe were the purchasers in our involvement with Pestells. Ray was our agent. We had quite a lot of issues with land borders with separate titles, which was not made clear on the particulars of sale. Rather the land was shown as one piece on the particulars. There were also other issues, the mention of a secondary electric gate to the property however the ‘gate’ has not got planning. Nor was any mention made of the neighbours right of way to have their oil tank filled. I felt like we were not being given full and frank disclosure about these and other issues that occurred. House buying is a complicated and expensive process, so clarity is paramount at the start of the process to ensure you enter into it fully informed.
Ray is not contactable by mobile. You have to contact the office by landline or email. I don't know any business like this now that does not have their staff contactable by mobile phone.
