GoogleDealt with Josh and Paul, Josh showed us around a property his customer service is outstanding and he came through with everything he had advised us. I had been dealing with Paul over the phone who again had outstanding customer service and he was very understanding. GoogleRay has been wonderful throughout the whole buying process. I am a first-time buyer, with a busy job and moving from another area, so the experience could have been daunting. However, he made the whole process smooth, with his friendly and extremely pleasant, helpful manner. He remained patient and was flexible; always getting back to me quickly and explaining things clearly, as well as liaising with Solicitors etc to sort out any issues. Thank you Ray for your hard work and assistance throughout. It is greatly appreciated. I would also like to add that each time I have called the office, I have found the staff to be very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Ray and Pestell & Co. for anyone requiring an Estate Agents that is professional and responsive.

GoogleRay at Pestell Dunmow is the best estate agent I’ve come across. Professional, prompt and personal. I can honestly say Ray is a true gentleman and Pestell & Co are the best estate agents, not only for buying and selling, but for rentals too (one day to find a tenant!)

GooglePestell have looked after me as a private renter for the past 4 years. They are always so helpful, friendly and yet highly professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and when my water pipe burst in my kitchen recently they made sure someone came out asap to help me until the plumber arrived.

GoogleI went for the viewing where Ray via Prestell & Co (Dunmow) showed me around, his personally made the viewing fun but he also answered all my questions (he knows his stuff) I have just bought the property and the sale wouldn’t of gone through without the help of both Paul and Ray. As I was a first time buyer I really didn’t know the procedure. Paul let me know what I should be doing and kept me informed of the sellers position. On a lighter note what lovely people, professional but very friendly. Thank you Paul and Ray, if I need to sell at anytime I will definitely ask you to handle it.

I used Pestell & Co. to rent out a couple of my properties in the past 2 years and found them to be very professional and thorough in every aspect of procedure. Both properties were let in a short amount of time to tenants who were never any trouble during the stays. Any maintenance issues that arose were dealt with swiftly and with my consideration. I will continue to use Pestell & Co. in furture tenancies.
