GoogleUpdate: These cowboys are now damaging the properties of the residents with zero care or offers to put right anything. Flooding houses with sewerage. Damaging fences and sheds.destroying the gardens. Absolutely awful engagement. Zero attempt to build a community and not a single effort made to reach out to the existing homeowners and residents to work together to reach any kind of common ground. Just throwing +1000 new houses in to the area with zero investment in schools or doctor.

GoogleI hope they do a better job for the gardens than at the Durham site! We bought the house from new a year and half ago, and we can't use our garden/mudpit. Persimmon is refusing to even acknowledge the issue ... make sure you set money aside to fix it yourself later!
