GoogleI found AS to be efficient, helpful and approachable. There was regular contact with Alison Hubball in Sales, who chased up and kept the process going throughout the many months this took to complete. Her regular emails were eagerly looked for daily, and we appreciate her efforts to hurry along this purchase.

GoogleI can’t thank Paul and the team enough for all the support they gave us throughout what was, at times, a very challenging and frustrating process. Alison in particular went far beyond simply keeping us updated. She was constantly chasing solicitors, following up with the different parties in the chain, and generally coordinating everything to keep things moving. It genuinely felt like she was the glue that held the whole chain together. There were certainly moments when the pace of the process became frustrating, and I know I wasn’t always the easiest person to deal with when that frustration got the better of me! Alison was always incredibly patient and understanding, helping to reassure us and keep things moving rather than allowing the situation to become overwhelming. One of the things I particularly appreciated was her ability to explain the different elements of the process in plain English. Buying and selling property can involve a lot of jargon and uncertainty, but Alison took the time to explain what was happening, what we could expect next, and where things were up to. Her communication, persistence and willingness to keep chasing when things seemed to be getting stuck made a huge difference. She consistently went the extra mile and gave us the confidence that someone was actively keeping an eye on everything. We’re incredibly grateful for everything Paul and his team did to help get us through the process. It was complicated at times and Paul was always offering up solutions and had a flexible approach to ensure the process worked for everyone.We chose AS because moving for us wasn’t just contractual it was extremely personal and we needed to feel supported as a family.Their support, patience and determination were invaluable, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ashton Stripp to anyone looking for an agency who genuinely cares about getting the job done.

GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful behavior, changed the viewing last minute and didnt even bother to show up at the new time or if they did, didnt bother to call us to confirm. Left us standing in the heat for 30mins with no explanation. Unprofessional!! We drove all the way from southampton.

But Paul went out of his way to help find someone to find our water meter, arrange a visit from an electrician and even dropped by to give us bottled water!

Our purchase was far from straightforward, it got complicated very quickly, and Paul's professionalism, persistence and calm determination to find solutions when others might have walked away was genuinely impressive. He went above and beyond at every turn and was instrumental in getting the deal over the line. A special mention too for Bella, who first showed us the property and made an excellent first impression of the firm.
