GooglePaul sold my flat in Battle and throughout the entire sale, he kept me informed of every step of the procedure and went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly. I hope to use Paul's agency again in the future
Thank you Alfred, I was delighted to have been instructed in the sale and a pleasure to work for you.

GoogleFar superior to the run of the mill estate agents. Very friendly and professional attitude. Took on more of an overall manager of the sale of land on our behalf, communicating with solicitors, utility companies as well as the purchasers to resolve issues far above his remit. Very highly recommended.
Hi Ian, thank you very much for your kind review. It was a pleasure to assist in the sale of your land and work with you.

GooglePaul sold us our first property - He was very professional throughout, always quick to respond to emails and easy to reach on the phone. Went the extra mile with helping us in other matters (as it was our first time buying and new to the process). Would 100% recommend. Even after we've now completed he has remained in touch to ensure everything is going smoothly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThis house sale was our fourth and Paul is the best estate agent we’ve ever used. His communication was on point and kept us updated throughout the process, even when there wasn’t much to update on, which we found reassuring. Paul’s efficient communication definitely helped the process and kept the solicitors on track. The whole process was fairly stress free for us and with Paul’s guidance we were able to sell our property and complete within 8 weeks. We highly recommend Paul to anyone wanting to sell or buy property.
Hi Bethan, thank you very much for your kind review. It was a very smooth sale and I thoroughly enjoyed getting it through quickly. I wish you luck with your future project :)
