We got over three valuations and were toying with using a few estate agents from Battle but after meeting with Paul we were at ease.
His friendly approachable no pressure manner made us feel comfortable straight away.
He already had contacts interested in our house and as soon as we agreed to work together he created a WhatsApp group so we could communicate regularly.
He was contactable outside of normal estate agent working hours which was unique and a brilliant touch.
We kept in constant communication throughout and our house was sold on the first viewing!
Do not hesitate to use Paul he gives a personal touch that no other agent can compare to.
