Paul Stripp estate agents in Battle

I have given Ashton Stripp 5 stars and they deserve every one of them. Paul and Bella have been professional and responsive throughout the sale of my mothers house. When I first asked Paul to value the house I was very clear with him that my previous experience of buying and selling houses left me disappointed, distrusting and bewildered in the integrity of estate agents. He asked for an opportunity to prove me wrong and he and Bella absolutely proved me wrong in my assumptions. They have both kept me fully informed of progress, given honest advise when I needed it and have not left me questioning their integrity once throughout the process. Their manner and responsiveness has been top notch and would recommend them without question.

Bella and Paul at Ashton Stripp did a fantastic job in helping facilitate our land purchase. Both were on the end of the phone anytime we had a question or issue and nothing was to much trouble even when the guys had personal time they would assist us. Thank you so much both of you and keep up the good work as you did us proud. We will definitely use Aston Stripp again for any future property purchase or sales. Many thanks

We had tried two Estate agents and got frustrated with the lack of contact and progress with our sale. We were recommended Paul by friends. What a different experience. Straight away we had more viewings. Paul regularly kept us updated and went above and beyond our expectations. When we sold the first time Paul even put money behind the bar for us as he knew we had had multiple issues, which was a huge surprise. Unfortunately things fell through again and we also lost our purchase but Paul continued tiresly to make sure we found a new buyer and didn't lose the new house we had then found. Can't speak highly enough of Paul who really is the heart of Battle and we wish him all the best as Ashton Stripp in the High Street.

Well I’ve dealt with a fair few estate agents over the years and have been left disappointed and largely very frustrated. Working with Paul has been the complete opposite experience. Proactive, personable and helpful from the start through to completion. A totally refreshing change and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We had already sold our home on London when we started viewing properties in the South East. We spent many months researching locations and viewing properties. This involved liaising with numerous local estate agents. We had two properties that we were interested in, but were unable to follow to completion. We found Paul to be patient, approachable, knowledgeable and invested in the local areas. We were left to view properties without his comments and free of pressure. The two outstanding qualities were Paul’s sincerely and honesty. Good to work with.

Fantastic agent. Nothing is too much trouble for Paul, he’s friendly, knowledgable and provides a really personal service. Genuine and honest, completely different to the larger estate agent chains we’ve used in the past. Having a WhatsApp chat group set up between us all was particularly useful, it made communication really quick and easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul, he was absolutely superb!

Paul recently handled the sale of my house I benefited greatly from his marketing advice and knowledge of local conditions. He is honest and conscientious and kept in very regular touch. The photo presentation was particularly good. Whilst the sale was relatively straightforward, my subsequent purchase was anything but. Paul was not my vendor’s agent but did not hesitate to liaise with the solicitors, managing agents etc to try to break the deadlock. His advice and support were invaluable during a very stressful period. I found Paul to be calm, insightful and resolute. I have no hesitation in recommending Ashton Stripp as a principled company with a refreshing approach to estate agency.

I recently bought a property in Battle through Paul Stripp Estate Agent and I cannot commend highly enough the level of personal service given by both Paul and his assistant Peta. If you asked a question or raised a query you got a response almost immediately. Phone calls were returned again very promptly, which made the whole process very easy. Also, the property details and photos were very professional and accurate. All in all is was a pleasure to deal with this Estate Agent, which is not always something you can say about this industry and I would recommend them to any potential buyer or vendor!

We highly recommend Ashton Stripp. Paul navigated us through a really complex chain. We were so pleased when we finally exchanged as it was looking very unlikely. It wouldn't have happened without his proactive, committed and personable approach. It definitely helped us through a very stressful process. Thanks again Paul and the team.
