The trust reassurance and every step of selling my property Julian and Richard and their team were superb at their job. They knew the property and the area so well I had no trouble selling with them. GoogleP&D ‘manage’ my block of flats but dealing with them has been very disappointing. There is a tree causing damage to my car which I have been asking them to sort for 2 years now but no response or communication. I have damp in my flat that needs to be sorted out and thats been going on for 12 months with no progress. Would definitely not recommend.

GoogleWe rented with Parry and Drewett for almost 4 years, they were reliable and attentive, always working with the landlord to resolve any maintenance issues as and when they arose. The Surbiton team are friendly and honest, we couldn’t recommend enough.

GoogleWould not recommend the company is a joke never get back to you or push you to the back off the line depending on your situation don’t really help in any way what so ever and the employees are just rude go some place else

GoogleJulian recently helped us purchase our first house in New Malden. I couldn’t recommend them more. Both Julian and Richard are very experienced, friendly and not at all pushy (unlike all the other estate agents!) 5 stars :-)

GoogleWe have use P&D Hook to manage our block for the last 6+ years. Their employment followed a couple of absolutely disastrous and shambolic appointments and P&D got us back on track and bobbing along nicely. If the block were more owner occupied, I think they would be even more pro-active than they already are as issues generally got raised more when there were more owners living in the block. But they respond to emails, sort out problems, collect the money, arrange maintenance and keep us informed - there is little more we need.

Googleman on the phone made fun of my household salary and told me to look on gumtree instead for rooms. he told me postgrad students belong on gumtree and craigslist not estate agencies. extremely childish man , berated me until i started crying

GoogleWe have had an awful experience with Parry and Drewett as Block Managers of our flat. Our roof has been leaking since we moved in nearly a year ago and there has been no action from Parry and Drewett despite continuous chasing on our part. We are also awaiting new carpets on the communal stairwell which has been ongoing for a year, again with no action. They are a nightmare to get hold of, barely respond to e-mails, no answer on the "emergency" out of hours phone line. The only thing they seem to be organised with is payment demands! Absolutely awful customer service and complete lack of care. I would not recommend.

Googleestate agent in chessington, there were two of them. lady and gentelman(if i can call him like this) lady was fine but gentelman, who came to show us house. he was horrible, he started shouting,was talking very rude. no manners at all. dont understand how companies can employ people like him. no wonder why so many bad reviews on this estate agency! never back again over there!

GoogleReally bad experince ....we are renting property from 3 years. unprofessional people specially MATHEW and David. Mathew abused and shouted at me for no reason. They dont do proper work just cashing money in sitting at the office abusing their clients When we have issue they dont respond to it no matter how urgent it is. very very dissapointed with these childish unprofessional people. The owner of the company knows about his staffs behaviour and does not seem to care. NEVER EVER rent with these unprofessional gready money making machines. Always rent if you have direct contact with the Landlord. These people never let us contact the landlady directly. I have never seen anyone behave like this in a Business.
