GoogleI bought my property through Parry & Drewett and had no problem.
3years later I chose to move and instructed Parry & Drewett to sell my property.
The trust reassurance and every step of selling my property Julian and Richard and their team were superb at their job.
They knew the property and the area so well I had no trouble selling with them.
Thank you so much
You guy's are amazing
Top class and quality in your service
Best wishes

GoogleWe have recently purchased a property in Chessington and couldn't have asked for a better service. Jai Chopra was professional and helped us along the way to our first home. There was good communication throughout with very fast response times.

GoogleFantastic service from Julian and the team. Always went out of his way to accommodate us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Certainly the best agent I encountered and will have no hesitation in using Julian in the future.

GoogleWas originally selling my house through another estate agent,I was lured in with a massive overvaluation and it ended up really throwing a spanner into the works of our move. We popped in to speak to Julian and Richard who have been in the malden area for years and they gave us a more realistic approach and in fact convinced us to rent our house. They successfully let it we have made the move we wanted and now have a great pension pot sitting there. They really helped us as opposed to just trying to get more commission themselves.

GoogleJulian recently helped us purchase our first house in New Malden. I couldn’t recommend them more. Both Julian and Richard are very experienced, friendly and not at all pushy (unlike all the other estate agents!) 5 stars :-)

GoogleHad the distinct pleasure of working for Richard there for last 5 years. Learnt a lot continuously and was supported inside and outside office life.
The office environment isn't that of your usual estate agent more care is given into finding the right suit for clients in both sales and lettings.
If you want someone who will give you honest valuations, achieve great results and go the extra mile look no further than here.

GoogleNew malden team. The type of guys who can't even call you to let you know they are cancelling a viewing and leave you standing around wondering where they are. Good work guys 👍 …
