GoogleGrainne took us to two properties on Tuesday. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Also very easy to get on with. We enjoyed the latest experience of Park and Bailey who helped us buy our first house in Caterham in 1976. Peter Wright, Barham, Kent.

GooglePark and Bailey in Coulsdon have been very easy and efficient to deal with. The staff in the office are professional and someone always answers the phone. The use of an app to schedule viewings is particularly useful. The staff who attend viewings are very friendly and approachable - Drew and Ruby in particular were lovely. A very good experience overall.

GoogleReally positive experience buying our new home with Park & Bailey. They were accommodating with our requests during purchase, and both the sales and progressions team were approachable and supportive during what is often a stressful process. We'd definitely use Park & Bailey Caterham in future if we thought about selling again.

GoogleGrainne was really helpful during our house search. She listened to our criteria and didn't send us listings for unsuitable or unaffordable houses (like some other agents).
