View AgentsHonest, professional, all round GREAT agency
Finally, a honest and professional estate agency. This is the second time I've used Outlet to help me find an apartment, and you can't go wrong with them. They offer great properties as decent prices, and after moving in they continue to take care of you should you need anything.

View AgentsReliable, straightforward and friendly
Securing our property was quick and straightforward. We have settled in nicely and Oulet have offered their assistance to any questions or issues we've faced. I've experienced previous agents which have been very difficult, it's refreshing to feel in good hands with Outlet.

View AgentsRussell Wells
I have worked with Russell in sourcing a number of residential property deals in central London. I found him to be a good communicator, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the market. When we found a suitable property he was quick and efficient in closing the deal. I look forward to working with Russell again in the future.

View AgentsOutstanding support from two agents
I was in a difficult situation and needed to move into the flat I'm renting asap. It was Michelle Jones that first showed me the property, and she was in touch the very next day and put me in touch with Theresa Parkes. Michelle explained the urgency of the situation to Theresa, who then did everything in her power to get all the references, paperwork etc. completed. To my genuine surprise and relief, everything was done in less than a week and I was able to move in. I'm extremely grateful to both of them. I've rented for many years in London and have always found agencies & agents to be very slow, unresponsive and disregarding of people's personal situations. I'll recommend Outlet, and particularly Michelle and Theresa to anyone that is looking to move. They have made what could've been a really long and painful process very quick and smooth - especially given that I'm a tenant with a pet!! I'd also like to point lut that Theresa continues to provide me with excellent support on an ongoing basis.

View AgentsTheresa: very helpful
Theresa has been very helpful throughout our check=in into the new property. She replies to emails and calls quickly. We had some initial problems with the property but Theresa called up the appropriate people immediately to come and sort it out and they came on the same day.

View AgentsGoing that extra 2nd mile - Ralph
Ralph has been great with managing our flat. He is considerate and will go that extra 2nd mile to help. I am often a bit cautious about letting agent. Ralph is not your stereotypical agent. He is keen to help and honest.
It's good to know that the effort we (everyone at Outlet) puts in is appreciated.

View AgentsOutlet offers great short lets and fantastic customer service!
I have been renting short lets from Outlet for the last two years whenever my travels take me to London. David Bray has been excellent in ensuring that a well equipped and comfortable flat is always available for me. I've enjoyed staying in various sections of central London as Outlet offers a wide variety of accommodations ranging from contemporary to eclectic styles to more traditional styles. David always makes sure that all of the amenities that I need are available whether it's a hairdryer, internet or other special requests. I highly recommend that anyone seeking a short let for their stay in London consider Outlet and ask for David. You won't be disappointed with the flat or the superior service.
